Rank: D Range: radio channel: Anything in the form there in Description: Hopper is robot built by anders. His first his attempt to ever create a robot, it walks at a normal speed, can't run and moves around on its own, with a AI. Hopper can talk and has a strong dislike to certain machiens, and dogs. 1.It can hook up and hack into com channels and scan radio frequencies, then will plays it out of the radio on its chest for others to hear. 2.Its second function is its ability to sense and track jinchūriki chakera, making it easily able to find anders, it can't track anything but jinchūriki. 3.It also has a bio scaner in it, dedicated strictly to anders able to track and monitor his vitals, and chakera, regardless of where he is due to him having a chip inside of him constantly feeding hopper data. 4.And lastly it has a comm and a tracker in it to easily find Anders, for who ever anders gives the code to or hacks into it. its his first bot.... not awesome, but very bantery  Requirements: Item reponds to anders Permission: me

Rank: D Range: unlimited Description: In real time using VR goggles created by Anders and a key bored, headset, your able to see, view and control robots threw the use of VR goggles. Robots owned by the user, the user is automatically able to use. While robots not owned or operated by the user the user can not control, unless there allowed to by the operators owner. the operator see's threw a real time feed of what ever the robot see's that the users controlling They as well control everything as real time. The down side is the operator needs to be stationary, they can walk around and move in a area but they can't leave the current area there in (fourm) This treats robots like drones. audio video and datta are transmitted back to the user and saved, in a external storage space. A scree appears on the inside of the vr but the user can switch between the screen and seeing threw the glass.  Requirements: item Permission: N/A

This 1/2 joke serious move. Rank: A Range: 0 Description: To transform they must strike a heroic Moe pose! The user transforms into a hyper cute moe version of them self equipped in summoned magical boy/girl outfit. The outfit, even if it is skimpy protects the user from B rank and lower ti jutsu while A rank and above that rank is dropped by one power. (In anders case he turns into a cat, with super sensitive S rank hearing) The user gains S rank speed for running away from perverts and kidnappers, and other such uses.that speed increases the longer you are transformed every ten posts your speed increases by a rank. Perverts now target you above all other people in the fourm while in battle or just in the fourm. The transformed gains the ability to replenish chakera for as quick as it's used for all B rank and lower moves requiring chakera, Anti corruption moves all C rank and lower will be repelnished chakera as fast as its used. Chakera is replenished at a fast rate as the user is transformed This is a passive and will not disappear till the user wants it to and cancels it. Passing out or getting knocked out also ends it. Rank: E Range: interchangeable Description: The ability to hack in to any and all machinery via a key, and program new programs, such as objectives, actions, so on so forth. This requires acses to the machine curently trying to be hacked into, a connection to the object, or knowledge of its existence. While there hacking something in a different area they can not leave the current fourm they are in. If they are in the current form with the thing there hacking they can leave but, can't get very far. Requirements: Controller, Tecnician, keypad, hub, computer.... ect. Permission: ask

Though if use correctly can also jump start some ones heart, or even charge a battery. Raise it to B rank. As for flawless forgery... I don't think an E ranked move can be flawless. I would say C rank minimum. What does range: interchangable mean for the X- Watch? Hack is approved.

Kekkie Genki-Shikotsumyaku Rank: C Range: body of user Description: Bone replacement a ability thats able to alter the bones in ones body and change them. The user must have a different bone in there body, but if they do they are able to duplicate it and replace all the other bones in there body with just that bone type. This requires meditation and gathering chakera in a peaceful environment to change out the bones the first time. this may only be done once every two seasons. it is a permeant change to the bone structure. Requirements: Kekkie Genki-Shikotsumyaku, Medical Permission: (who is allowed to use your technique?) Rank: B Range: must come from users body. Description: The user is Able to create a thick dense bone armor any where on the users body. Armor is instant and able to be created even while the user is unaware of attack, it blocks incoming threats.or unconscious. The armor can change to the users will with out restriction, but the more there is the heavier it becomes, increasing the possibility of slowing them down. This bone armor takes on the properties of the users bones and genetics, and alternating properties. The higher the users overall power the easier this move becomes to manipulate. Altering the bone requires a subtle amount of chakera but maintaining it does not.This technique due to it being organic in nature can conduct Lighting readily making it weak against lightning release. The bones in his arm are indestructible. This would give Virgil an indestructible shell over his whole body that can be summoned instantly. this would need to be a single SS rank move with a drawback.

This would give Virgil an indestructible shell over his whole body that can be summoned instantly. this would need to be a single SS rank move with a drawback. Id like them to be sepreat is that possible ? like if i made the armor only able to be used on limbs, or chest. but not limbs and chest at the same time? so basically if he's using it on his arms and legs his chest is still wide open for attack. like a either or area? or can i just have the bone replacement and not the armor? I'm fine with no armor.
