History
Sora was born in Kirigakure as a member of the Kaguya clan who comprised of just him, his father and older sister who where both Jonins, and his mother a Jonin who was a master of wind style and medical ninjutsu. Unlike the old Kaguya clan his family was not savages and where very loyal to the mist village. When Sora was old enough to hold a sword he was taught kenjutsu and silent killing by his father, while his mother taught him medical ninjutsu and his sister and father both taught him how to use his kekkai genkai. As he kept training he found out one day that he had the making of both medical and sensory type ninja. One day Kirigakure got there hands on the seven tails Chomei and where trying to decided who was the best choice to give it to. Chomei was said to have a strong exoskeleton which it gave its host a strong defense so they thought the best choice would be one of the Kaguya clan members, but right now all but the son was on a joint mission so they decided to wait for the father or older sister to return. A few weeks later some scouts where sent from the village to check on why the mission was taking so long, when the scouts return they carried with them Sora's families corpses and told the village kage and the elders that everyone was dead that it looked like a surprise attack. It was then decided that the son who was the last of the family would be entrusted with Chomei, so he was taken to a room and had the seven tails sealed within him. Not long after that Sora and Chomei became friends and he used his skills to become a Jonin.

Edit: Deeply sorry about quoting you twice just letting you know I did a quick edit even though I have ready up. I just edited about the holes on his body, I was curious about a jutsu Fu used in the anime during the chunin exams and saw that instead it looks like shino's insects come from the pores in his body and then close up when they come out which is a much nicer way then having multiple holes in the body where poison could seep through. I will create a tech like the Parasitic Destruction Insect Technique before I even use the insects. Sorry again for the double quotes and I won't change anything else unless you need me to change something.

Your kekkei genkai jutsu do count towards your point total
For, Kaguya, your kekkei genkai itself does not count, the same way the sharingan counts... but the techniques do
Also, water walking is considered a shinobi skill, doesn't cost points.

And sensing technique isn't really one technique. Specifiy which technique it is. The links from this page, go to the actual techniques.... depending on the technique you may need to raise the rank.

You can't have Fuuton as an element if you have no fuuton techniques. You will have to add one now or learn one later along with training for the element.

Bone armor plates is what kimimaro used to avoid being crushef by desert coffin.

All-killing ash bome can't be stopped by healing... though its not being used by any current characters, id say it needs to be ss rank and we would need to place some drawback on it.
