Sitting in the middle of the training field with a broom handle cut in half and painted to resemble a pair of lightsabers, in her home-made Jedi costume, Cami could barely keep from fidgeting and wiggling with her excitement. She'd barely slept the night before and had waited until at least 10:00 AM to send out what she called The Call. When everyone had come by to sign up for her adventure they had all been programmed with a special IM group ring tone that was very obviously the Star Wars theme. It had been a few weeks since then and, over time, she'd made them bits and pieces of costume as needed. What she really wanted was to order some stuff off the internet and get it delivered but the money just wasn't there right now. So there she was, looking ridiculous and beaming like an idiot, while she waited for her playmates to arrive. OOC This is just meeting up for now! As people sign up they can join.

Henry, looking equally ridiculous in his Sith lord attire, seemed to be fighting off self conscious nerves as he wandered down to the training field to meet Cami there. There was a makeshift lights saber belted to his hip, another busted off broom handle--like Cami's--but painted red. He had his hood up, but he pushed it back as sank down on the grass beside the junior hunter. You, um," he looked away, scratching at his cheek. "You make a cute jedi." After the whole mind reading thing, there didn't seem to be much of a point in not saying it. She was cute, she knew he thought so, and who didn't like compliments?

America swaggered in, a plastic nerf pistol on each hip. They weren't done being painted (Dawson being nerd enough to get ambitious about accuracy), but they were nearly obscured by the brown leather jacket she wore. Sleeves rolled up and collar popped, it didn't look bad but it looked made for someone taller and more broad shouldered. America especially liked it because she was pretty sure the stain on one sleeve was actual blood.
Fully prepared to be super in character for being a Coolguy Smuggler, America was also smoking.
"Hey, babe." She greeted the other girl, a drawl and grin ay the ready. There was a space occupied by something that she almost took for a person, until recognition sunk in and she proceeded to ignore them completely. "You could totally be like, the Space Queen, too, Cami. I'm gonna shoot like, everything."
America did have enough consideration to sit down wind from Cami, she didn't want to make her start coughing on smoke or anything.

Lex strolled up to the ragtag group of fellow kids, dressed in a Sherpa coat, jeans, and a pair of Totally Rad shades. He’d taken a stick and hacked the bits and twigs off until it resembled what he thought a rifle looked like (it was just a long stick with a thick branch as the handle, and a smaller one as the cartridge). He was nervous, it was plain to see. He hadn’t played pretend in years, and he knew none of these kids except...Henry?! Oh, thank God. He gave the two girls a quick wave and smile, maybe a little wink under the sunglasses, then approached the blue haired Sith Lord. “Dark Side, eh Buddy?” He playfully elbowed the other Hunter in the ribs. “Didn’t peg ya for the mopey, brooding type.”

Anyone who had seen Frozen would have recognized the look on Cami's face two seconds before she wiggled in place where she was sitting on the ground. It was a perfect Anna glee-face and there damn near were stars in her eyes as she took in the grandeur and swagger of the character that was Georgia the Smuggler. Honestly? She'd been half-afraid that Henry would be the only one to show up. The two of them could have played the game just as well but it was the kind of thing that was just that much more fun with a large group. Moonstriker got a two-handed wave as the brunette popped up to throw her arms around the redheaded glamazon that was her friend and rival. "No way, I can't be a Space Queen, I'm a Jedi." Her smile was slow and sly though as she winked at America. "But there might be something in my mysterious past...WHICH IS WHY YOU'RE ALL HERE!" Her voice cracked a bit as she vibrated with excitement. "We need to figure out who we are, game-wise. I need to know your backstory, what your ship is named, what planet you're from, are you even human? That kinda thing. We worked out some of it before but it's totally real now." She was nodding before stepping back to pose with her lightsabers, the solemn pose ruined by her glow of Pure Caminess. "Like I'm Cami, Jedi Knight, Protector of the Republic. I fight against the selfish, cruel, Sith." She pointed one of those makeshift lightsabers at Henry. "But I'm definitely not as innocent as I pretend to be." OOC: Sorry that it's taken me so long guys. I love all of you. <3

As America came sauntering over to them Henry's smile slipped away completely, and all at once he was struck with a very large desire to simply get up and go. He wasn't scared of her, he just didn't want to make things awkward, not for himself, but more importantly, not for Cami. She'd worked too hard on this, and he didn't want to do anything to ruin it. He might even have leaned over murmur some kind of excuse to the bubbly that would allow him to slip off, but she'd bounced up on her feet o envelope the tall redhead in a tight hug. The redhead that was making a pretty obvious point to ignore him. Okay. ~ Yer fine, boil. Dinnea let her presence dictate yer actions.~ Sound advice, but not the easiest. He sighed, just as Lex was wandering over to them, and with him came the return of some sense of balance. "Hey." He smiled and shook his head. "Sith aren't all about being broody and mopey." He'd have expanded, but then Cami spoke up again. Her light saber swung around to point at him, and he gave her as confident a challenging look as he could manage before making his own introduction. "I'm En Rey, a Sith apprentice. I'm fighting for the ones that took me in after my parents were killed, collateral damage, in the last big Jedi/Sith battle. Peace is a lie," he continued on. "There is only passion. Through passion I gain strength. Through strength I gain power. Through power I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken and the force shall free me. This is what my master has taught me, but I'm not sure I'm ruthless enough to live up to his strict standards."

Lex couldn't quite help but mumble an 'edge lord' at Henry with a cocky smirk as the older boy detailed his character's past and motivations, but Lex still had to give Little Boy Blue props for being so in character and the way he seemed to just feel En Rey. Honestly, in Lex's opinion, Henry would have made a better Anakin in Attack of the Clones than that Hayden dude. Deep breaths, no one was going to judge him. This was all just for fun, right? When En Rey was done with his bit, Lex - no, Moonstrider, strode to the center of the little semi circle they had formed, cockily putting his hand on his hip, the other clutching the blaster rifle in his belt loop. The aviators tipped down, and he gave the women a wink. "There's not much to say 'bout me, and less I wanna say. Name's Moonstrider, that's all. I smuggle Spice and other ill gotten goods, but the Republic lines my pockets to run exclusively for them, keepin' their underworld allies happy and workin' for 'em." He gave En Rey a look, maybe even a slight wink. "Don't much care for the war, or whatever side yer on - just don't come to tussle with me, 'cause I always shoot first."
