Those that violate this concept will receive a single warning. Repeated violations will result in guild-related punishments. We want to avoid banning people at all costs, because when a character just randomly disappears, it often hinders the guild's storyline a bit. But needless to say, if violations of the rule are excessive or someone doesn't seem capable of changing their possibly negative demeanor, we will not hesitate to issue a ban, whether temporary or permanent.
If you, as a member of our guild, feel like someone is in violation of this rule, whether you are the victim or someone else is, please do not hesitate to bring this to a moderator's attention, guild Captain included.
- Punishments (Note that these are subject to alterations based on a moderator's opinion)
First Violation
Generally, nothing will occur during the first occurrence, except a notification that you have been warned about it. Any further incident will undoubtedly result in punishment. If your offense is extensive enough, we reserve the ability to treat it as a Second Violation.
Second Violation
After your second violation occurs, all of your character's techniques will be cut by 20% for an entire month (same date as the punishment was issued, only for the next month). Highest-ranked techniques will be targeted first. Whatever techniques are unuseable will be made clear in your profile until the punishment is rescinded.
In addition to having less techniques to use, your posts also do not count towards training anymore; none of your characters may learn any techniques, nor may they advance further in their Kekkei Genkai until your punishment is over. Lastly, you may also not create a new character.
Quote:
All of the punishments in the terms of your Second Violation essentially carry over to any further Violation. Which means every punishment includes a ban on learning techniques, training, etc. Anyone that refuses to post because their character is in a vulnerable state will receive further punishment, especially if in the middle of a fight. It's not acceptable to force people to wait for your punishment to be over before you post. Further punishment may include essentially relinquishing your character to your opponent.
