Ghost Hunting || Reiko loves the unknown and the paranormal, and she's made something of a hobby of it. She enjoys tracking down urban legends, visiting allegedly haunted locations, and chasing stories of all the magical nonsense around Destiny City -- in fact, it's why she moved there! She loves living in a city that's so full of mystery and strange happenings, and she really, really wants to experience it all someday.

Origami || Reiko has a talent for origami, honed with lots and lots of practice. She enjoys sitting down and folding paper, and finds it very comforting and grounding. Plus, it makes for nice gifts to give to friends! She enjoys doing challenging patterns, but sometimes it's easier to just sit down, relax, and fold a lot of paper stars into a jar.

Romance Novels || Especially the trashy ones! For all Reiko's polite exterior, she really, really loves romance novels. She's something of a hopeless romantic at heart, and she finds it easy to get swept up in all kinds of tales of love and loss and dramatics with the happy ending the romance genre requires. (She's also a big consumer of romantic fanfiction for just about any show she gets even vaguely interested in. Shipping is fun.)

Virtues:

Polite || Rei is unfailingly polite. She is deferential to everyone around her, especially those of higher status, prefers to avoid disagreement, would never criticize anyone in her group of friends, and refuses to accept credit for her accomplishments, preferring to praise friends for theirs, and Rei is very good at getting people to do what she wants simply by being so darned nice. A smile and a soft request, she has found, go much further than an angry demand, and she is good at diffusing brewing arguments and making each participant walk away with the idea that they’ve won. If politeness doesn't work, she's likely to back down.

Loyal || Once you get to be her friend, Rei is your friend forever. She places a high value on loyalty, and would never do anything to hurt or upset a friend on purpose. She would be extremely distressed if she did it by accident.

Silk Hiding Steel || Sweet and shy as Rei is, she has a hidden strength under it all. While most of the time she is happy to shrink back and give into pressure, in a situation where it is necessary to step up, she will, and though her opinion will be voiced in polite tones and couched as a request, she will make sure she is heard.

Flaws:

Vengeful || It may take forever to get Rei truly upset, but once she is, she never lets go of a grudge. If you hurt her or one of her friends, you had best believe that she will not be happy. And when Rei is not happy, her goal immediately becomes to make whoever made her unhappy just as unhappy as she is. She will spend months or even years paying someone back for a slight in small, subtle, almost undetectable ways. Rei’s vengeance is not loud or fast--it is slow, subtle, and effective.

Shrinking Violet || Rei is naturally quiet and deferential, but around someone who is very loud and boisterous or directly bossy, she becomes even more so than usual, barely able to do more than nod and squeak out agreements. She is very much terrified of conflict that cannot be resolved with politeness and conversation, and will flee from it given the opportunity.

No Off Switch || Reiko doesn't really know how to not do things to extremes. Her politeness and gentleness are one end of that, and her vengeful rage is the other, and there's very little middle ground. Once the switch flips, to rage especially, she really doesn't know how to slow down or stop.

CC -- Japanese themed, tattered and bloodstained, and I'd like her powered-form hair to match the traditional onryo look, so messily in her face!

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Onryo's Grudge!
Asuka speaks the name of her attack, and is briefly surrounded by a thick, cold fog. When she emerges, she has the form of a classic onryo -- long, stringy hair, bloodstained funeral kimono, porcelain-white skin -- and points at one target. They will relive a memory in which they caused harm to another person, large or small, paired with a feeling that Asuka is here to revenge that wrong. The magic lasts for 30 seconds at this stage, and can be used three times per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Onryo's Curse!
Asuka speaks the name of her attack, and is briefly surrounded by a thick, cold fog. When she emerges, she has the form of a classic onryo -- long, stringy hair, bloodstained funeral kimono, porcelain-white skin -- and anyone in an 8-foot radius around her will relive a memory in which they caused harm to another person (always larger wrongs at this stage), paired with a feeling that Asuka is here to revenge that wrong. The magic lasts for 35 seconds at this stage, and can be used twice per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: All-Consuming Curse of Vengeance!
Asuka calls the name of her attack and spreads her arms, and a cold fog descends in a 10-foot radius around her. Within the fog, anyone who has harmed Asuka or her allies during the battle will find themselves set upon by an onryo, which will physically attack them, leaving the sensation of being cut by long fingernails and, at player discretion, actual damage up to moderate cuts. The magic lasts for 45 seconds, and Asuka can use this spell once per battle.
