I sat near a Lake as black as the night sky.

It was soft and calming, yet thick to the point where not even the moon itself could pierce through it.

I couldn't even see how deep it was as the thickness of it's shores were impenetrable. Yet there waa a strange beauty about it as as i stared into it. What could have made the lake this way that it would this thick?

Then .... Only.a second later, two eyes stared back at me.

At first i felt confused as i looked into these eyes, but the confusion started to wash away As they illuminated a piercing Aqua blue, with the moonlight serving to enhance their Unquestioned beauty.

They gave off a overwhelming sense of Security. Almost as if they were inviting me into the lake.

Even though the back of my mind was telling me not go, i stripped down and got in.

I had thought the.lake to have been cold and yet it waz as warm as walking through a day in spring, the lake however was as black as the surface and i swam though complete
Darkness

I thought of swimming back up until the Aqua blue eyes appeared again..
Only this time they accompanied by a Extremely beautiful woman who had them. Her body completely exposed radiating a bright blue light, Brightening the entire lake Revealing Hair as bright as the blue sky. Her skin as white as porcelain Shining in the moolight which could somehow penatrate the thick black surface of the lake. I had wondered what this meant until she smiled.... And she invited me to come closer...

My mind was telling me no. To leave the lake as quickly as possible. But my body had a mind of it's own as i moved closer. She kept smiling, but as got within a few feet. She looked sad and looked up.

I did the Same and l looked up as a blinding light Covered the surface of the black lake. I looked in horror as i realized what it was ...

The Sun...

A hand softer more than even a feather touched the left side of my face. I looked down and saw that it was the same woman, Her beautiful Blue eyes staring into mine still possessing a unimaginable level of sadness... As she opened her mouth revealing unnatural sharp long teeth... Her turning. Aqua blue eyes suddenly turning into a crimson deep red.....

She whispered into my ear saying something barely audible as the Scorching burning sun drew closer...

And bit into my neck. My scream completely drowned out as the light of the sun engulfed us both.

I awoke in my bed, drenched in sweat, breathing heavily as i sat up in my warm dark apartment....
Only one question came to mind...

WTF was that?
