It seems like a normal day, considering all the odd happenings you can usually expect from Destiny City. The weather’s great, the people are tolerable, and everything’s going fine. You are out, enjoying the good fortune, when you catch a familiar face in the crowd: yours. They are wearing your clothes, your face, and you see them for only a second but a feeling of dread floods through you. They smirk, like they know they’ve won—and then you lose them in the crowd. No matter how hard you look, you can’t find any sight of them, but a feeling of dread and being watched follows you for the rest of the day

Michiko took a deep breath of the fall air, it felt like a perfectly normal day and that was something she needed lately. So many weird things had happened lately Michi just needed a breather. She was wearing a pink sweater today, tan pants, little kitten boots. Michiko was wearing a brown coat and scarf that was pink and red. She smiled as she walked along in the sun, she had to get to class in a bit, but she wasn't too worried since it was still early in the morning and Michiko's first class didn't start for a bit.

The other people on the street seemed really normal today which Michiko had missed, well maybe not really Michiko had kinda liked the people she had met lately wandering the city in the dark while her parents had been out of town. Now they were coming home soon, Michi would have to be more careful when she snuck out of her house to go patrol for monsters and stuff. Michiko's bright cheerful day was ruined when she saw someone who looked just like her. Down to her kitten boots, same face, same hair, same height, same eyes. It was downright creepy.

They smirked at her like they knew a secret that Michiko would never know, Michiko tried to go after the mysterious figure to ask them what they were or something she didn't really know what she wanted from them. The crowd closed in around Michiko and she was unable to get to the doppelganger. It was too late now anyway, Michi had to get to class now before she was late and got a mark for being tarty which she didn't like to get. Michiko sat down in her first class and looked out the window a feeling of dread came over her.

Michiko couldn't shake the feeling that something dark and evil was watching her, she knew it was the dopleganger it had to be what other cause would there be for the strange feeling that was making Michiko really cranky today. She just couldn't shake the feeling and didn't feel hungry at lunch to worried about the feeling in her stomach to work up a desire to eat anything. Michiko sighed when the school day ended and she could go home but the feeling didn't go away. Michi kept looking over her shoulder looking for the stupid double that haunted her.

Even at home, she was looking feeling the horrid feeling in her bones that someone was watching her, finally when it was time for bed the feeling faded. By the next morning, Michiko was starving. She had skipped lunch and dinner the previous day. Michiko made herself a large breakfast and packed herself a nice lunch she hoped and hoped that today wouldn't be weird. She needed a little slice of normal if only for one day. Michiko got the feeling ever since she went to the botanical garden party her life would never be the same again.
