If you listen closely you can hear strange chattering and an odd whisper; it feels like eyes are watching you, but you can’t see anything. The noise doesn’t last for long; whatever is on your roof is moving—but, if you are brave enough to check outside you might be sorely disappointed to find that you can’t see anything but shadows. Either way, there’s something out there…and it’s not safe to stay out for long.
She had been told, time and time again, that it was a bad idea to be out alone at night. After all, Charybdis, in all her chibi senshi not-glory, was still 7 years old, a hair over 4 feet, and only about 50 pounds. Moreover, she didn't know how to fight, her magical 'attack' was a distressingly cute baby seal, and she would probably try hugging a youma before destroying it, as had been showed lots of times before. So why it seemed that the brave little Charybdis, chibi senshi of seals, was out chasing something at around midnight when she had school in the morning?
Arguably it was parental neglect. Also arguably it was the fact that she was stubborn and silly, did not obey rules all the time, and had decided that instead of staying inside where it was safe, she would wander out into the night to try and figure out what was on her roof! It sounded like a dog, or a cat, or... a bear or something. But there was no way that it could be any of those, which was the really weird part! And when she got up there, there had been nothing else... which was really odd, and extra scary. Giulia didn't like many scary things, and this was most yes a scary.
She had shut her window carefully, dropping to the ground and beginning to patrol- since she was already out anyways, it made perfect sense that she just kind of... brave the bad feeling in the dark to see if there were any people that needed any safety, or protection! Or both, because they were kind of the same thing, weren't they? Eh. It was too late for her to think about that now. She was already yawning, trying to figure out how much time out here would fit her idea of 'protecting people'.
And then she heard it again- scuffling, on a roof! Giulia's ears perked, and she hurried in the direction that she thought she had heard it from. Curiouser and Curiouser- it was moving! But she still could see nothing. The light was dim, however, and... her back stiffened, when she thought that she could hear chittering and feel eyes on her, in the night. It was purely just Giulia being silly, of course; there was no way! Was there? Still- she shuffled closer on her magical ballet slippers, only to find- nothing.
Once again, just like on her own roof! But then... another scuffling, shuffling sound. Oh! Something was playing with her now, in the dark, and she did not like it one bit! Not even one tiny, super teeny piece! She followed it for probably almost thirty minutes, until she was extra tired from the running and jumping and hiding, and with a sigh and a little thump, she dropped to a sit in one of the trees near the latest roof she had been looking at. There was nothing there. Nothing anywhere! But she could hear it all, and she could feel the pricking of attention in the darkness.
This was kind of scary. Maybe she should have stayed home.

Michiko heard the sounds on her roof and she frowned, now what!! She thought. She looked out her window she couldn't see anything out in the dark. So Michiko went outside to see what was going on it was then she saw two figures on her roof, what on earth was going on. Michiko blinked. Michiko frowned it looked like there was a small figure on her parents' roof. Her parents were out of town as they often were, so Michi was on her own to fix this problem. She decided it was time to face the darkness and Michiko pulled out her Henshin Pen. For the first time Michiko decided she would transform into Sailor Dejanira. Sailor scout of raspberries!! Sailor Dejanira jumped up onto her own roof, it was an amazing feeling and she landed a little unsteadily getting used to the feeling of her own powers. She then saw what appeared to be a kid, she was confused. Dejanira had no idea that their were scouts who were kids, what was a little kid doing on her roof. Dejanira moved over to the figure, she didn't want to scare them but she wanted to know what they thought they were doing at her house. Then Sailor Dejanira heard the sound again, she still couldn't see anything to fight so she wasn't sure what she was supposed to do with this problem. Dejanira really needed more training so she could figure out how to be a proper scout. She cleared her throat gently and said "I don't think it's safe out here." To the little scout who looked like they were out way past their bedtime. Dejanira didn't have much room to talk though she was 16 and 5'3" and a lightweight. Not to mention she had school in the morning that she had to get herself up for in the morning.

She felt a little flare in the darkness, and that made Giulia leave the tree, bouncing onto the roof and spinning around in a slow circle. She still couldn't see anything, though. But then, mid-spin, there was something there.
Charybdis couldn't stop her little shriek, nor could she stop the way her hand and foot kicked out at the other figure with a panicked HI-YAH like in the Bruce Lee movies that Lucas liked to watch, and in power rangers and stuff. Scary, karate shows.
It was only mid-kick that she realized that it wasn't a scary monster she was looking at, but it was too late to pull her leg back. Her Hi-yah! turned into another small, gurgled cry.
No. No, it definitely wasn't safe up here. Slippered feet slipped on the roof, and... well. It wasn't going down as her best moment, that was for sure.
Hopefully she didn't hurt the other person too much!

Sailor Dejanira frowned and didn't move she didn't want the little senshi to fall off her roof that wouldn't be good at all. "Hey calm down I'm not going to hurt you." She said softly. She looked over the little senshi still rather surprised her she figured it wouldn't be safe for a kid to have powers like theses than again. It likely wasn't a great idea for a teen girl like her to have these kinds of powers either, but here they were. "Umm I'm Sailor Dejanira and you are?" Michiko asked softly she wondered who they were and what they were doing here. She heard the sound again, but still, she couldn't see what the thing was in the darkness, she wondered what the thing was in the darkness hiding from them she frowned. Dejanira moved closer to the source of the sound she didn't want to be afraid anymore she wanted to stand strong and protect her home. Not to mention she kinda wanted to try her attack she had never fought before. Perhaps a silly thought but hey Michiko was just a 16-year-old girl who had school in the morning. She glanced back at the little senshi wondering what they were thinking.

The older senshi idn't even flinch as Charybdis so rudely kicked her, and the little seal chibi senshi felt her eyes fill with apologetic tears. Then actual tears, as she slipped and fell on her butt on the roof. "I'm sorry Deejaneera." the name came out all wrong through a half-wail. "I'm sorry I kicked you." she pushed to her feet, brushing gloved hands over her skirt, and adjusting one of the straps that held her slippers on her small feet.
"I'm Chibi Charybdis. Like the sea monster!" her voice was proud and cheerful, though in the next moment her eyes went wide and she flinched at the sound of scuffling and scuttling. "I've been following the sound, but I haven't seen anything yet. I think it's seen me, though." The thought didn't make her feel safe. "The scuffling started that way, and it's like... I dunno. I can't see anything."
She just knew it felt bad, and she should probably trust her instincts more.

Michiko sighed this little chibi senshi was upset, Michiko really wasn't made that Charybdis had kicked her. Sailor Dejanira shouldn't have startled the little girl in the first place. "Come on let's get off my roof, would you like to come inside and I can make us some hot coco??" Salior Dejanira offered. She felt like it was important to get off the roof before they ended up in more trouble than they could handle. "I'm sure whatever it is will move on soon." Michiko said softly.

"Getting off the roof sounds good," she agreed, but twisted her hands nervously. "I can't power down though. I can't let people know who I am. I don't know- what if a bad person comes by and finds out I am in your house?" she had been told it was very important, and it was her one rule! "I don't want to get you in trouble..." Neither, though, did she want to stay here in the darkness with the creepiness. "I do like hot cocoa though, and..." her pink little lipspursed, nose wrinkling.

Michiko nodded "That makes sense, though it's night time and you'll have to get home after we have our coco so your parents don't notice you are out of your bed." Michiko gently warned. She also didn't want the chibi senshi's parents to panic that their child was missing. Michi jumped down and opened the back down to her parent's house. Michiko's garden in the back was filled with squash, pumpkins, beans and other fall vegetables and flowers. Michi started to make the hot coco and waited for the little senshi to join her before she would send her back to her home.

Dejanira had a point,and Giulia nodded to the older senshi's wisdom. "I'll go right home," she agreed, and let her small body fall off the roof after the other senshi. Oh! A garden! It was full of veggies and fruits or something, seasonal. "Do you eat the stuff in your garden?" she asked curiously, hopping up on one of the counters; "We have a garden, but it is all flowers, no eating stuff." She really did feel bad she had hit her, and was glad Dejanira didn't seem to be mad at her. Midnightglow18 We can fin and plan for another? =)
