Personality: Caleb makes an effort to seem dark and brooding. He lurks around with a sour face, and talks in a sarcastic, clipped manner. He has a sense of humor that leans towards the pranky and teasing side; he doesn't mind when someone else is the butt of a joke. (Secretly, if the setup is good enough, he doesn't mind being the joke butt, either.) However, underneath all the bluster, he's a relaxed guy who cares about others. He just doesn't want to get caught caring, is all. He's got a reputation to maintain, or something.

An underlying issue, however, is Caleb's lust for power and desire to make "change" he can see. That's most of why he joined Team Rocket. Half the time, what he seeks is not "change," but a reaction, good or bad. If he has to make mayhem to leave an impact on the world, so be it. Once way or another, he will make life change.

Biography: Caleb lived in Johto's Goldenrod City till he was 16, at which point personal issues motivated him to leave home under the pretense of a Pokemon journey. He left, looked for the nearest thing he could latch on to, and never looked back. Team Rocket was that nearest thing, and he saw an opportunity. Even if he wouldn't have the power to do much right away, he appreciated the notion of being part of something that did something. When he was officially promoted to Grunt rank, he was given the option to transfer to the Kodo region's Team Rocket branch, an option he took with no hesitation. Here he is now, far from where he started, and waiting for the next big chance.

- Personality: Russell always seems to be posing as Caleb's guardian; he's fiercely defensive of his trainer. Generally, however, he's an upbeat Pokemon who's willing to socialize with others. He gives off the impression of a jovial warrior-type, sort of.

- History: Russell originally belonged to Caleb's father. When Caleb got ready to strike out on his own, the Charizard refused to leave Caleb's side, and so he took the Pokemon along as a trusted companion. Caleb doesn't know where the scar on Russell's arm came from; he assumes it must have been from a serious fight with another Pokemon, but he sometimes wonders.

- Personality: Shara tends to vary between lazy and all over the place. She sleeps and lounges a lot, but when she has energy, she goes at whatever she's doing with great gusto. She has sweetheart tendencies and doesn't mind being touched or petted (mind the static though!), but when she's "busy" (how is she busy? only she knows) she might give a little sass at being interrupted.

- History: Shara was Caleb's personal Pokemon before he left home. He took her with him on his way out. He's unsure of how his parents acquired a Pokemon with an unusual (most likely Rocket-generated) coloration, but he's not too fussed about it. He thinks that maybe she had a brief history with Team Rocket before ending up with him, but if she did, she doesn't seem to care that she ended up back there.
