Entry: Further.. He must go further up. The water seems to have a very dangerous feeling which intimidates him. Yet the urge to find what is beyond the village life is strong within his chest. His gaze darts everywhere is if he is going to see a predator or the evil itself lunge at him. Yet nothing is there. Nothing blocking his path up towards the unknown. It is unbeknownst to him that nobody had noticed his disappearance in the village Yet the very thought that others are searching for him.. hunting for him is terrifying!

Dashiell takes note that the water seems to be getting lighter in color the further towards the surface he goes. The colors on the reefs seem to be even brighter.Complimentary to his own coat which just about blows his mind. The fact that up towards the surface things get even more colorful is simply mindblowing to him. He doesn't know if his mind is tricking him but he almost thinks the water is even getting slightly warmer too. Yet that could easily just be a figment of his overactive imagination.

His body tenses as he see's a shadow before him in the distance. Fear grips him that it might be someone to try to get him.. Yet.. He's further out than he has ever been. Could it be one of the evil's minions? What if they are here to sacrifice him! He just about turns to swim another way when he stops himself. He must leave. He can't stay anymore with the thought that every ten years another being must be sacrificed. That they just allow this to happen. A part of him seems to rise to the occasion after these thoughts. Thoughts that motivate him to move forward and press onward. Well after the shadow swims away that is. He isn't that unintelligent to risk his life now.

With his newfound determination, he moves further towards the scary unknown. " You can do this.."
