Cert Request Forms
Soquili
This form is used to cert adult soquili for the first time. Soquili that start off as baskets or foals have separate forms below.
- Image
Please post the full image. Do not use thumbnails, URLs, or spoilers.
Alternate Images
If your pet has multiple variations that you'd like certed, please provide their uncerts here to guarantee that they will be certed. Variants include such options as itemless uncerts and feral stages. Any uncert that cannot be RP'd (for instance, an uncert where the front wings are cut off to show the markings, or an unpelted stage for a purewalker) will not be certed.
Name
Name of the pet. A pet cannot be renamed unless it is rehomed (breaking co-ownership and giving a single user full ownership is not considered rehoming). If the soquili has a custom companion, their name cannot be added to the cert unless the companion has existing familiar art. For instance, this cert lists just the soquili's name, but this cert can include the companion's name, because she exists as a familiar.
Owner
Username you'd like displayed on the cert. If the soquili is co-owned, please provide the names of all parties and a link to the co-ownership agreement. You must provide the agreement at the time of the request; users may not claim they will make one in the future.
Date Received
The date you received the pet. (This is not necessarily the date you won.) If you're unsure, please provide as much information as you know (general time frame pet was won, type of event it was won in, etc.) and we'll try to find it for you. If we cannot, we'll simply go by the date you posted the request.
Temper
Temper of the pet. This is optional; however, if you choose to omit it, you cannot add one later. A pet cannot be given a new temper unless it is rehomed (breaking co-ownership and giving a single user full ownership is not considered rehoming).
Method of Obtainment
Please specify how you obtained the pet (from an event, an in-thread game, etc.) and provide a URL. If you're unsure, please provide as much information as you know (general time frame pet was won, type of event it was won in, etc.) and we'll try to find it for you.
Colorist
Colorist of the pet. If you're unsure, please provide as much information as you know (general time frame pet was won, type of event it was won in, etc.) and we'll try to find it for you.

Design
Please put any other design specifics here (such as colors, decorations, etc from the standard options)
Element; only for pure or mixed Ulun'suti. The soquili must canonically have 50-100% 'suti blood.
Ulun'suti pures and mixes are allowed elemental abilities based on their bloodline. A pure Ulun'suti is one with cloven hooves, back scales, a single set of draconic wings, and a serpentine tail. To find out more about their powers, see the Soquili Breed Rules & Abilities thread. Elements are generally pre-chosen during the design process, and owners may not request a specific element unless the colorist gives permission (excluding customs, of course). If you have permission, giving them these powers is not required; thus, adding an element for a 'suti is optional. A pet cannot later change its element, even if it has been rehomed.
Domain; only for pure angeni, or uni-angeni if the individual has two sets of wings.
Some Angeni are given a domain and powers over it. Angeni information may be found in the Soquili Breed Rules & Abilities thread. More details regarding domains may be found in the Custom Information thread, beneath the "Restrictions" section (alternatively, just Ctrl + F "domain"). Not all Angeni are given domains; thus, specifying a Domain is not required if your Angeni lacks one. If you'd like to add a domain to the cert, make sure your domain and subsequent powers, should any exist, have been approved by Uta.
Cosplay
Specify the character's name, regardless of whether or not it is the soquili's name, and place of origin (eg. Sora from Kingdom Hearts).
Miscellaneous
Provide any details relevant to the cert that will not fit anywhere else, such as listing (mock) parents or stating it's an original character. We cannot guarantee anything specified here will make it onto the cert.

Baskets (and other Starting Stages)
Baskets will not pop without owners; thus, this form is used to assign owners to baskets. A litter must be posted for together; however, owners may post information for their foals individually once baskets have popped. If you'd like to include certing information before the foal has popped, feel free to do so, and we will automatically take care of it once it's grown. Please use this form for all breedings, both standard and mock (such as Wishing Stars), that are being assigned owners for the first time. This applies regardless of what stage they start with.
Baskets and starting stages will be certed with a random background & design. Once your Soquili grows and you post for its adult cert, you can choose to change these if wanted!

Familiars
This form is used to cert familiars for the first time, including familiars from breedings. If you choose to post a litter separately, please know that the same cert may not be used. You may provide a link to an existing sibling's cert to see if it may be recreated, but there is no guarantee.

Recerts
This form is intended for both soquili and familiars that already have an existing cert, but need to be recerted to reflect updated information. (Note that this does not cover updating pregnancy certs. For that, please visit our Baby Bump thread.) If you feel you will ever need the original cert again for any reason, please be sure to save the image before posting the form. Once the recert is uploaded, the original cert may be deleted.

Username
Change of username. If you change your username, make sure to get your teepee updated as well!
Co-Owner
Addition or removal of co-owner. There can only be a max of two co-owners at one time; however, pets won via auction may have a max of three if all owners had bid together. Co-owner agreements and cancellations must be detailed and agreed to in the Co-Ownership Agreements Thread.
Transfer
A transfer of ownership to a completely new individual. A pet's name and temper may be changed with a transfer, while sex and stats are kept. This does not include cancelling a co-ownership agreement as it only gives ownership to an existing owner but does not give all rights to a separate person entirely.
Correction
A catch-all option for any cert updates that need to be made that doesn't fall into the above categories.
Agreement
All updates that include agreements (including co-ownerships, transfers, and lifemate changes) must provide the agreement link at the time of the request. Users may not claim they will make one in the future.

Cert Design
Pets obtained via any custom slot are eligible for customized cert designs. While we will try to work with your preferences, please note that certists are not obligated to follow these specifications if users request incredibly complex decoration coloring or background mixing. To specify your cert's design, append the code below to your main form.
- Cert Type
Standard (information is on the left) or reversed (information is on the right).
Text Color
Color of the name, general information, and shop title. Everything else remains their standard color.
Frame Color
Color of the dreamcatcher frame.
Background
Background image used. Background images can come from the tag gallery or an external source; if the latter, please provide proof that you've received permission to use it, or that it's free for use. In addition, you may specify the filler color if you'd like. The filler is the space within the borders that is not taken up by the background. You may request it be white, a different color, or an extension of the background.
Tag Decorations and Colors
Existing decorations and premade colors may be seen in the tag gallery. Decorations are limited to what's available, but you may request custom colors.
Breed
Users may request the cert state a specific breed, though this is optional.
