Most ulaya gems do not change color, and what an ulaya has at birth is more often than not the gem they will keep throughout their lifetime. However, some ulaya do experience gem color changes.
THOSE ALLOWED TO REQUEST GEM CHANGES:
- Rolled Seers: By the gift of sight within them, their gem experiences a change to light blue, no matter what color it was originally.
Rolled Shaman: The magic within these ulaya forces their gems to undergo to a change to white, regardless of the gem's original color.
Pack Ulaya: Ulaya in packs often change their gem colors to indicate their rank within the pack.
Ascending Gods: Ulaya who were originally mortal tend to have their gem color change.

We only do gem changes for adults. Unless your pet is a perma-child, we only change the gem colors for adults.
Don't pester us about gem changes. Gem changes will always be completed. However, RL comes first. Please don't pester us about your gem changes or anything like that. However, if your gem change hasn't been completed and you haven't received a status update - via PM/messenger/in-thread/etc. - from the staff member who scratched your post out after one (or more!) month, please PM Jokoa Realm to discuss the situation!
When posting your pet's uncert, please thumbnail it. No one likes a stretched page, so remember to use the link provided under the "Thumbnail for forums" section that shows up when you hover over your pet's image in the shop's image account.
