CHILDHOOD
⇢She was with her family in Louisiana. She was a sweet and bubbly child but did not take any crap from the kids around her. She was always willing to stand up to the kids being bullied in the neighborhood and one day she pushed a kid away with her mind defending one of her childhood friends and that is when she discovered magic. She had a fe.w friends in the neighborhood, thankfully no one saw it happened and if they did they chucked it up to a trick of the eye
SCHOOL YEARS
⇢She was a good student could be mischievous as well. Potions was her favorite class she always liked experimenting and making potions better. But she did like her other classes too except Wandless Magic Practice and Transfiguration. Transfiguration made no sense to her and did not fit the plans she had for her life so she throughly enjoyed skipping it, which her first year in school is where she met her best friend Kenneth, who was not one of those full blood snobs who could catch her hands. Speaking of Wandless Magic Practioce she could have been far better at it if she would just stop skipping that class too, but hating most of the kids in that class would be why she was hardly ever in there.Those classes bored her to tears so she would go about her time trying to think of interesting potions or pranks to pull on the school bullies.
POST-GRADUATION
⇢After graduated from school she was looking for a job or someone to mentor her as a potioneer. Miguel Gilberto was a potioneer she looked up to for a long time. He was not as excited to take her into his wing. But when she would talk about her passion for potions and her persistence to learn from him he grew to like her more and more and was finally okay to be her mentor. They ended up becoming very close and becoming close friends. She traveled around the world looking for new and different herbs to find their qualities and to see if they could work as a potion. And one day her best friend Kenneth told her about a potion shop in Hogsmeade that is vacant and she decided to jump on the opportunity to start her own potion shop with her best friend.It was also gives her an opportunity to get her niece, Kitty, away from her sister in law and get a fresh start in a new country where she can thrive without Kitty's mom breathing down her neck.

REBELLIOUS xxx»» Kitty doesn't really care much for authority. Sometimes she'll argue just for the sake of arguing. She acts out, partially for attention and partially to distance herself from the person people expect her to be. She will often do what's not expected just to be contrary, even if she knows it's a dumb idea. She picks up hobbies she knows her parents won't approve of, and hangs out with people she knows will drive them crazy.
OUTSPOKEN xxx»» Kitty doesn't believe in lying, or in keeping things to herself. She'll speak her mind whenever given the chance, and sometimes chooses to interject when she's not. She has a lot of very firm opinions, and believes that it's important to make sure people know where she stands. She always sticks up for what she believes in, and doesn't like being told to keep her thoughts to herself. If she's pushed, she'll push back twice as hard.
BITTER xxx»» Growing up, Kitty had a fairly good life. But, that doesn't mean she didn't find things to dislike about her childhood, and since her family hasn't done much to make it up to her, she tends to hold it against them. She can hold a grudge like nobody's business, and will do so until she thinks the person has earned her forgiveness. She tends to be a bit cynical, and says that it's better that way. If the worst happens, she's not disappointed, and if the best happens, she's pleasantly surprised.
SARCASTIC xxx»» Kitty likes to joke that sarcasm is her first language. It's rare for her to open her mouth and not be making some sort of sarcastic quip. She finds it hard to stay serious under most circumstances. If faced with anything that annoys her (which is most things), it's her go-to response. While she's always honest, if you are the kind of person who has trouble detecting sarcasm, you'd probably think she was the world's biggest liar. She often says exactly the opposite of what she means, coupled with a lot of eye rolling and an over the top tone of voice.
OPEN xxx»» Kitty doesn't keep secrets, from anyone, not even strangers. She's very glib with people she meets, and believes in being totally up front about herself. She'll spill her life story at the drop of a hat if it seems relevant to a situation. She always says exactly what's on her mind, and exactly how she feels. While she can be a bit acerbic at times, she's an excellent communicator. She tries to do her best at making sure everyone knows where they stand with her.
COMPASSIONATE xxx»» Underneath her rough exterior, Kitty has a heart of gold. She believes in helping people, and in looking out for others. While it's possible to get on her bad side, and while she doesn't necessarily trust easily, she is a kind person. She'll give up her time to volunteer, she'll donate the clothes off her back to help another person. She doesn't tend to like individual people, but overall she thinks that People are okay, and wants to do what she can to make the world as good a place to be in as possible.

CHILDHOOD xxx»» Savannah Bennet was born into a fairly well off family in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She was lauded for her good looks from a young age, and entered into beauty pageants all her life. At the age of 14, she made the acquaintance of Terrell Jackson, whose sister was entering the pageant scene. She found she liked the two more than she did most of the other people she knew, and grew very close to them, despite her parent's protests. When she was 16, she secretly began dating Terrell. At 18, she found out she was pregnant. Her parents wanted her to get rid of the baby, but she refused. In order to save face, they provided for her during her pregnancy, and she allowed them to do so to ensure that her baby was born healthy. But, when the child was born, her parents made a comment that 'at least the baby looks white', and she decided she wanted nothing to do with them. »» She and Terrell vowed to do what they could on their own. His family was much more supportive of them, and helped a lot during the early years. When Kitty Mae was four, her mother decided to start entering her in pageants, thinking it would be a fun experience, since she had always enjoyed them. Kitty liked them at first, but as she grew older she got less and less interested, due in large part to the superficial attitudes of the other girls she was around. It didn't help when her younger sister was born, and was much more like her mother in temperament. She loved the pageants, and was the perfect little pageant queen.
SCHOOL YEARS xxx»» By the time she was a teenager, Kitty Mae couldn't stand the pageants. She found herself more interested in 'alternative' hobbies, much to her mother's displeasure. The two began butting heads around when she was 14, and never really stopped. Despite the family being very close, and very loving, Kitty could never quite manage to get along with her mother. Her father tried to keep the peace, but was quite clumsy at it. Kitty found that the only member of her family she really got along with was her aunt Leilani, her father's youngest sister. Leilani was mysterious, and not around much in her early years, but Kitty felt closer to her than any of her other relatives. Much of the mystery was solved when it was discovered that her younger sister Lizzie Marie was a witch. After being told about her sister's magic, her aunt was free to come clean to her sister-in-law and niece that she was one, as well.
ADULTHOOD xxx»» Kitty's rebellious phase left her without much to do after graduation. She skipped a lot of classes, and ruined her reputation in the pageant circles, so had no grades and no connections to work with. She stayed home with her parents and tried to find jobs, but tended to get fired when she got an attitude at the wrong time. Eventually, her aunt Leilani decided to step in and try to help. She had a friend in England who owed her a favor, so she wrote to him and asked that he allow her to move into his home with her niece. Leilani thought that a change of environment, and distance from her mother, would help Kitty settle down and find herself. xxx»» At first, the UK was weird and living with wizards was weirder, but Kitty settled into it well enough. She mostly struggled with figuring out what to do with herself, since she was at least trying not to get into trouble. She mostly ended up assisting her aunt with her work, and babysitting for Ken and Ver. On rare occasions, she had to babysit his brother's kid, too, which she didn't mind so much because the kid was a laugh in a half (not that she'd ever laugh at him to his face). Of course, she still didn't bother with getting a job, figuring that between the assisting and the babysitting, she was working. Sort of. She mostly spent her free time at the house, though eventually that got dull and she took to tagging along whenever anyone left the house so that she could get some fresh air.
