An small island off the southern coast of Kirigakure, this is an isolated island that houses the criminally insane. Kirigakure is in charge of it's security and this is also where one of the seven swordsmen resides for he is in charge of the facility. There is a stronghold in the middle of the island made up of four stories and thick stone walls. Guards are posted along the entire top and bottom of the structure and there is only one way off or on the island a one way ferry that makes it trip to and from the island at noon time everyday.
