Along the coast of the land of Lightning, there is a cove that you can only get to by boat or focusing your chakra to your feet. On the outside it is a large circle of an entrance but once you enter it opens wide into a vast cave with many winding tunnel systems. Some say that it was used long ago as a rogue shinobi base, but upon investigation none have uncovered any hard evidence.
