Physical Description: Shyn'ar is a small whip lean man, at 5'5'' in height, with an oval face, flattish nose and thin lips. He wears his long, thick, kinky black hair pinned back in a man bun, and has rich dark skin. He dresses in dark colors and simple cuts. He wears things he can move easily in.
Personality: Shyn'ar is a highly confident and hard working man with a determination to get far in life even when everything is piled against him. High Reaches laws and heritage is seen as a challenge, how much can he push and shove against the rigidity of the rules before they snap. How far can he go without getting caught.
He is arrogant and tends to over think nearly everything and highly judgmental of peoples wrong doing and mistakes. He has a rather sharp tongue.
Overall Shyn'ar was a problem when he was young and enjoyed being one immensely because it appeals to his need to solve problems and he is just terribly bored doing the same thing day after day. He has pulled back since Rhylune was born and has nearly been good since he has taken in Faerdyn a Telgar survivor. It mostly waiting though, roiling at a slow shimmer till needed.

History: Shyn'ar was born to Corm with a loving mother and a revolving door of men in and out of his life as his mother took lover after lover. His mother patron was a constant but he knew that he wasn't his father. His father might have been a harper or a guard. He doesn't know and he doesn't really care.
He learned dance and the art of combining scents but not how to mix them. Shyntnar grew up watching over his younger siblings and perhaps a bit more wild. He would slip off late in the afternoon and return before night completely fell, wishing to explore and learn.
So when the dragon came, part of his acceptance was to leave his siblings and mother behind and just do his own thing for a while. High Reaches Weyr was difference, he had always been strongly confident and independent child and took to it easy enough. It was familiar, classes and chores and a group of people sharing a room but he wasn't expected to look after them.
Shyntnar impressed early for a candidate at his first standing and near the tail end as the last eggs rocked and spilled out. Gwyllinth might not have been the last egg but the blue had certainly taken his time to come out and gave a tired sigh. 'Shyntnar, can you believe that mess I had to listen to when in the egg?' He shifted and sprawled out of the shell. 'Your Gwyllinth is so sick of it.'
Gwyllinth was his other half, another sharp mind and a bad attitude within a pessimistic shell and a soft center. They grew together and the more the newly dubbed Shyn'ar learned about High Reaches favor and glorify the metallic riders and back assness towards male green riders. It rather irked him that to everyone in High Reaches he had impressed properly but certainly not any more important then any other foot soldier. He pushed and prodded and eventually before it could get to where he could be turned out or transferred stuffed it down.
He had a daughter, Rhylune was beautiful and perfect and for her he would settle down enough not to leave till she was older. Then his mother died and all his siblings had to be cared for. Aly'on was terribly upset and had to be calmed.
Shyn'ar turned back from pushing to being the main caretaker making sure his daughter and siblings were safe. Telgar led to him taking in a traumatized young man. Faerdyn needed a family after his own was taken by thread and Aly'on sort of needed someone to mother to help distract him.
He is just lying in wait, making sure to keep his family safe and watching for the slim chance to push for a change in his status.

Physical Description: Gwyllinth is a plain simple looking blue that is unassuming in appearance and small in size. He is narrow in the chest and long winged. The dark circles give him a sleepy appearance though the blue is anything but tired.
Personality: Gwyllinth is a sneaky blue, with a sharp mind and sharper tongue. His over all personality is on the gloomy side, pessimistic and bitter. Sunlight blah, Thread, blah, Snow and cold ughhh. Gwyllinth enjoys complaining. He likes to b***h and comes across as a grouchy old man.
Gwyllinth adores puzzles and secretly heroic ballads and thrilling feats of daring. He will never admit it, stubbornly denying to anyone not his rider or very close to him. He adores being taken care off, he just to prickly to really admit it.
Gwyllinth may appear tired and bemoan things but underneath is a fire ball of sharp near berserk like rage and anger if provoked. He may be smallish for a blue but when pushed, Gwyllinth attacks with stubborn determination and fiery rage until called off or has humiliated or defeated who ever caused his rather cool temper to snap.
