These include guns and autonomous chakra "robots" To create a new item takes 1/2 the amount of words as training for that jutsu, but creating additional copies of that weapon takes only 10% as much word count. History
Anders was born in a foreign country across the seas and has the equivalency to a australia accent. He was born to a single mother, with his father not knowing about him. His mother worked hard to keep anders fed and raised him as best she could... but enentualy she became a slave. But she was determined to keep Anders from that life as best he could. So His Mother told him stories about his father and what kind of man he was. To distract him and give him hope in the life he did have saying that aside from the front his father put on he was extremely kind hearted, and that when she and him used to be friends he would play the most wonderfull music a classical master....
Stories like this inspired Anders into trying to play music... he played the piano, teaching his self and building it on his own, in his small home with his mother... he was decent but nothing like how his father Virgil used to be. But the experience in building the piano made anders want to build more and more things... it eventually lead him to being the rebels of his countries key inventor.
When he finally did become good with his hands, he built his robot hopper, his toy robot companion who he built out of scavenged parts, over time he did upgrade hopper. Its what made the rebel leader so interested in the first part.
Eventualy Anders met his father who he went on a whole series of unfortunate mishaps and missions with him, that eventually ended up getting Kurama sealed inside anders.
When Anders mother died to the Reble leader, his father Virgil took him away from that country back to suna, enrolling him as a jonin to serve in suna. He told him if he also ever disappeared for a long time to take care of hersek. (at the time Hersek was still in a comma) and talk to bricksy, and Clem if anything did happen to him.
Thus anders started his new life in Unity city with his father the Kazakage (insert number here) alone in a new land, not truly knowing anything. and being all a little to trusting.

Stage 1: One Tail:
The host will become covered in an orange/crimson-ish cloak of chakra with one tail protruding out for it, forming a fox-like shape around the host as their eyes turn red, and incisors and fingernails grow out to claws. This gives them a strength and speed boost, as well as a better defense like all other cloaks.

Negative Emotions Sensing: The Nine-Tails, self described as a being made of pure malice, is able to sense negative emotions, such as hate and killing intent of any individual around it. This only works in the forum the host is located in, and someone must be harboring an negative emotion for it to work. This takes up one Attribute Slot.

• C-Ranked damage and below auto heals, such as small scarps and bruises. B-Ranked damage take one post before healing, and A-Ranked and above take two.

Description: Hopper is robot built by anders. His first his attempt to ever create a robot, it walks at a normal speed, can't run and moves around on its own, with a AI. Hopper can talk and has a strong dislike to certain machiens, and dogs.
1.It can hook up and hack into com channels and scan radio frequencies, then will plays it out of the radio on its chest for others to hear.
2.Its second function is its ability to sense and track jinchūriki chakera, making it easily able to find anders, it can't track anything but jinchūriki.
3.It also has a bio scaner in it, dedicated strictly to anders able to track and monitor his vitals, and chakera, regardless of where he is due to him having a chip inside of him constantly feeding hopper data.
4.And lastly it has a comm and a tracker in it to easily find Anders, for who ever anders gives the code to or hacks into it.
