You're right even though I hate it. xD
I'm just this naïve person. The other day at work this lady handed me 2 coins and a dollar bill when her total was almost $3. I just accepted them as what she said. When I had time later I looked at them, and they were 50 cent coins. xD You know she knew what they were. I told my manager and she said, "There is nothing wrong with being a trustworthy person." It made my day, and we had quarters laying around to fix it. I go out of my way to be a good, honest person and I sometimes forget the world isn't like that.
Google has the money to hire enough people for that department so that I could get a timely and appropriate response. It seems automated and there is no name attached, even though it's taking days every time I contact back. My last email was 4 days ago. Wondering if they are just ignoring it this time, even though the last e-mail still said I could dispute or ask questions by replying.
It just sucks though when you think about it, cause if or when that small business gets big, will they lose their morals too? xD I know I never would. I would treat every customer like I want to be treated. And the more money I make the more people I'll hire. No hoarding all the money to myself and let customer service lack.
