Soooo I'm really frustrated by Google right now. My bills kept getting lost in a sea of emails so I created a new one. I went to every bill I have and my bank and changed the email over to the new email. A few days later, I try to log in and it tells me my account is deleted due to violation of ToS. I literally did nothing but set up my bills. I didn't even send an email from that account. So I used the link provided to open a ticket or whatever. I explained to them what I just posted here, and added that I reread the ToS and saw no violation. I'm assuming it's because I have 3 gmail accounts, but there is no rule against it unless you're doing something illegal/spamming/other bad stuff. Which I'm not doing. I explained I had 1 personal, 1 business, and that the new one was for bills. They emailed back, days later, to my other gmail account. They said yet again that I violated ToS and would not bring back the account. They did not give an exact reason. I asked again yesterday to just be told why. I don't want it back, I just want a reason. At this point I'm done with gmail and kinda pissed at the whole company. xD I'm using AOL and internet explorer now. I really hold grudges and go to the furthest to prove my point. xD I will never give them another dollar unless I get an apology. And that's all I ever ask for when I'm wronged.

It's just crazy, right? To delete an email and give no reason? Then wait days to reply? I mean this is a billion dollar company, I would expect a same day reply to something this serious. What if it was my business account? I just can't trust them now, because I have legitimately done nothing wrong. I've had multiple gmails for years and years no problem.

Yeah, but at the same time, it's a billion dollar company who continues to have income and traffic streaming in even if they lose one costumer. That's I dislike about big brands and adore about small ones. The big brands stop sweating the small stuff, especially if they survive a big scare like national news outrage over some event.

Small companies can't afford to ignore problems, so they tend to every account, and it's usually out of both genuine care for the business with their clients and urgency to keep their business alive

You're right even though I hate it. xD

I'm just this naïve person. The other day at work this lady handed me 2 coins and a dollar bill when her total was almost $3. I just accepted them as what she said. When I had time later I looked at them, and they were 50 cent coins. xD You know she knew what they were. I told my manager and she said, "There is nothing wrong with being a trustworthy person." It made my day, and we had quarters laying around to fix it. I go out of my way to be a good, honest person and I sometimes forget the world isn't like that.

Google has the money to hire enough people for that department so that I could get a timely and appropriate response. It seems automated and there is no name attached, even though it's taking days every time I contact back. My last email was 4 days ago. Wondering if they are just ignoring it this time, even though the last e-mail still said I could dispute or ask questions by replying.

It just sucks though when you think about it, cause if or when that small business gets big, will they lose their morals too? xD I know I never would. I would treat every customer like I want to be treated. And the more money I make the more people I'll hire. No hoarding all the money to myself and let customer service lack.
