 How to JoinJoining the Al-Siq is a simple process, but to help with your RPs and prompts, we'll give you a quick break down of what the SoA might expect when entering the Al-Siq Sayir!The IC Process
Your SoA will approach the single entry point to the Al-Siq Sayir
They will express their interest in becoming a permanent resident to the border guards.
The border guards will take your SoA to be processed by the appropriate official.
This official will give your SoA the opportunity to explain who they are, what wealth they might have and their aspirations for becoming a part of the pride.
The official will then confirm the caste and rank that your SoA will go in to.
Please note that you don't need to RP this out, but the process will be the same for every SoA regardless of species or wealth.
The OOC Process
Fill out the form below.
If you are choosing the civilian rank, you will receive immediate approval.
If you want to try for the noble ranks, you will need to provide further information:
Are they marrying in to this rank, if so, to whom?
Are you simply trying by requesting a Random Number Roll? If so, you will need to wait for the pride owner to roll this for you to determine if you can make the cut!
All Al-Siq have the opportunity to try and climb the ranks, so if you do not manage to achieve your Noble rank immediately, that doesn't mean you won't get it eventually!
After you have received approval you are free to post for your certs whenever you wish.
You do have the option as a rogue to let RNG decide what rank you get rather than choosing one, if that's the case, then just put it in the form! The Form:[color=orange][b]I Want to Play Too![/b][/color]

Rogue Joining - Nobility ProcessA summary of how the nobility rolls work, this should keep everything transparent and allow you an understanding of what your rogue can expect when RNG is deciding their fate!Roll a Random Number 1-10
The pride mule (or Epine) will roll this number for you, whatever it lands on will be your rogue's rank. If a family is joining, the results will be averaged as they will 'pool' their wealth. The average will then determine their rank in the Al-Siq!
Roll 1 = You are a High Rank (Noble)
Roll 2-5 = You are a Civilian
Roll 6-7 = You are a Borderline Noble/Civilian
If this is rolled, you may decide if you want your character to be either rank. Note that they will either be a reasonably well off civilian, or a relatively poor noble!
Roll 8-9 = You are a Noble
Roll 10 = You are a High Rank (Noble)

I have no real preference for which territory he would reside, but I would love for him to be a doctor who specializes in gaining and selling secrets and information from/to the patients who visit the clinics he runs. Someone has to meet the demand for valuable gossip, after all. He would employ a few trusted civilian doctors (and maybe one other noble doctor) to help keep his information mill running.

He is currently a civilian but based on the fact he's a gossip monger you can work him up to gaining wealth through that! <3
The nobles love gossip, so he'll be a star attraction in no time. >D
OOC Reqs: Since he rolled civilian, just get him a few RPs and once he's settled in we can imply he's got enough clout to be a noble. n_n
