As you walk through the massive city, located on a large island the size of a small continent, you will come to a large building that looks like two spheres set atop each other. There is a set of double doors for the entrance and the inside very well kept and organized with a clerk's desk sitting in the open lobby. There are stairs on both sides of the room and they sort of spiral along the edge of the large sphere like lobby, they lead to the next floor which is littered with offices and if you climb all the way to the top you will be at the Mizukage's office. The office is pretty well kept except for the stacks of papers on the desk and there are a few couches and chairs among the room. A large circular window is behind the Mizuakge's desk that appears to look over the entire village, truly a spectacular view.
