He was starting to really think that it was hopeless. Xi had gone…and he wasn’t coming back. At least it didn’t seem like he was coming back. And Caleb had looked everywhere. Every park he could get to, Chinatown, shoot he had been though there so many time it wasn’t even funny. All of their normal hangouts…but the other boy was just…gone. So for now, he sat, powered up as Gelria, looking over a map under the yellow glow of a streetlight in the middle of one of the city’s many parks. He had the map spread open on a picnic table and sighed, making a large red ‘X’ over the park where he was now. Hopeless. It was hopeless and he should just give up.
Clearly Xi had too many things going on to be bothered with his own boyfriend. Clearly they just weren’t meant to be together.
…Or clearly he was just dead at the bottom of a lake somewhere and it was too late for Gelria to save him. And that thought made him feel utterly sick. Groaning, the senshi put his head in his arms, his top hat falling off and landing with a soft thunk on the table.
He stiffened though, when he felt the sickly feeling of someone from chaos coming closer. No. If it was one of these assholes that hurt or killed Xi-Wang…he would make them all pay.
…Or he would do his best. He was only a skinny nerd after all..not really the frightening type. Slowly, the brunette got to his feet and jammed the hat back on his head. “Why don’t you come out? Or are you just a coward, hiding in the trees?” He was pleased that he sounded so brave, and so intimidating…at least to his own ears.

Heels clicked against the pavement as Citrine walked somewhat mindful of the overabundance of hair that spilled over her shoulder. No one could properly explain to her why her hair grew to ridiculous lengths when she powered up and that was nearly as aggravating as the fact that it did. Still, she managed to be the picture of confident poise while she moved forward.
She could taste something sugary sweet on her tongue that threaten to make her sick, vibrant eyes scanning the area for the source of the sickly sweet feeling that swept across her shoulders and tried to make a home on her skin.
No, no, that wouldn't do.
Vaguely it reminded her of that cute little senshi she'd played with however long ago but this was weaker than her. Still, it meant that she could have a playmate and that was promising.
Or was until she heard him talk. He sounded like he was a try hard and -- had he just called her a coward?
No that wouldn't do.
"Sorry babe, not doing any hiding here." She called back, stepping into what she thought was view. The voice's owner appeared to be one of those white moon senshi dear old Jetty hated. Maybe she'd made him proud and pluck a starseed from him. "But you know, we can dance if you want. I like getting up close and personal with new friends." The way she said friends definitely implied something else.

Whatever or whoever Gelria had been expecting, this clearly wasn’t it. He blinked in surprise, who even had hair that long? It was too long to be comfortable, that was for sure…and…and this girl had holes in her chest and in her forehead…that must have hurt. But, despite his confusion, Gelria stood firm, crossing his arms over his chest and scoffing, still trying to act tough.
“I’m not your babe. And it felt as though you were hiding. I’m not much of a dancer, I’d rather just cut to the chase here. Why are you people in the city? Do you realize how much better it would be if you’d just…get the hell out of here and leave us all alone? It’s because of people like you that people are going missing. That people are dying. And I hate all of you. Seriously.”
His hands curled into fists and he took a step towards the green haired…evil senshi.
“I watched one of your kind going and just hurting a bunch of homeless people. Homeless people. Those people have enough on their plates without having to deal with people like…people like you messing up their days even more!” Finally, Gelria crossed the rest of the distance, reaching out and attempting to shove the girl backwards. This wasn’t…normally how he dealt with things…but he was honestly quite angry. This wasn’t fair. These people were horrible.

Well the response she received wasn't what she had been expecting from someone who looked well, meek. Green eyebrows knitted together and painted lips pursed into a frown, the lip ring jutting from her bottom lip when she pouted.
"You know we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you," she snapped back. Painted nails tapped against exposed thighs covered in fishnets and she stepped forward, the tip of something on her tongue that she didn't quite understand but knew.
Magic. That was what was on the tip of her tongue.
"Who ever is feeding you those lies must really have you hooked. You're so passionate," she sneered. "Twist of lime," spilled from her lips and her hands lit up green.
She didn't wait for him to say anything before she was looking to press her hands against his skin.orangeish sherbert Twist of Lime Verdi's hands glow lime green and she grabs at an opponent. Gelria’s eyebrows furrowed as she accused him of being the reason that she was here. That didn’t even make sense. At all. “Nobody’s feeding me lies. Nobody really tells me anything, to be honest, but I know someone I care about was hurt because of your kind, so I made up my own mind.”
He hadn’t quite gotten to shove her when all of the sudden her hands were on his face and he blinked in confusion, and then scowled in pain, reaching out again to shove her. “What the hell? That hurts!”
It just proved his point. His point that people on that side were monsters with no regard to anything…she should have tried to…well. That didn’t matter now. These people had done something to Xi-Wang and he knew it, so he would fight back until they were gone.
His hand reached out again, pointing at her face—at least she was close in this position. “Cinnamon Cloud”
Two could play at the magic game. Two could play…but only one would win. His face was really starting to hurt, though. He hoped she didn’t do that again.Nuxaz Gelria holds out his hand and a puff of ground cinnamon comes out Visual. The cinnamon causes irritation to the eyes, nose and throat. The puff of cinnamon can reach out up to five feet, and affects everyone in the area except Gelria himself. The attack can be used twice per battle, and the cinnamon puff lasts for ten seconds before dissipating.

Normally, Citrine was the type of gal to flirt a little and test the waters but this boy was being a snot nosed brat who had a lot to say.
And none of it was right. He was wrong as far as she was concerned and she was pleased that her glowing hands were drawing out some sort of pained reaction from the annoying senshi in white.
"You're making a lot of assumptions," she snapped, jerking back when he blew cinnamon into her face. The dust clogged up her nose and made her eyes water, coughing following almost immediately as she stumbled backwards.
"We coulda had a nice chat!" She hissed between coughing fits. "But you came in guns ablazing a*****e."

For once, Gelria wasn’t worried about his magic. For once, he was pleased with what it did and he took a few steps backwards as the dark senshi coughed. “I wouldn’t want to chat with anyone on your side of things. I’m sick of all of the things you do, and I’m going to let you be the first to know…that Sailor Gelria is going to show no mercy ever again. In fact, I’m going to work hard to make my name a curse among you people.” He nearly spat the word and glared at the green haired girl.
“And you’ll be the one to tell them, won’t you?” Gelria’s face broke into a little smile, trying to look as intimidating as his ruffles and top hat would allow.
“You’ll go and tell all your little friends that I’ve decided to change up my style, and that they had better watch out…because I’m coming for all of you.”
…soon. He would be coming soon. When he got stronger…right now…not so much, but the thought was there.

The dust was fading and Citrine felt like she had her wits about her again properly. In response to all the bravado she laughed, laughed a loud mocking laugh when she pushed her hair out of her face and rolled her shoulders back.
"Yeah, because you're soooo scary," she drawled, completely with eyerolling. "Puh-lease. I've met kittens that are more threatening than you."
She was moving forward again, this time not bothering with her magic even if it was tempting when she threw a punch his way. "You're a whole lotta talk and no action babe."

Her laughter made him bristle and he shot a glare at her. “Perhaps I’m not scary now. And maybe I don’t have much action. But just you wait. I’ll find you again one day, and I’ll make sure you see just how powerful and strong I’ve gotten.” Gelria didn’t move while she approached, though he held his hand out once more. If she tried to use her magic on him again, he would be only too happy to return the favor.
“I would just leave, if I were you. I’m not in any mood to talk anymore. If you’re really looking for action, you might just get your wish.” It was easy to keep his expression frosty, easy to keep up the simmering anger. All he really had to do was picture this witch hurting his boyfriend. And that wasn’t a difficult thing to imagine at all.
“Last chance. Leave.”

This whole act he was trying to put out was just laughable. If she wanted, she could have easily called for Sera or Jet to come help her with this little pesk and it was tempting to possibly put her hand into his chest and show him what it was like to be really threatening.
"You're like a Pomeranian desperate to be a doberman." All hot air and fur.
"If you want me to leave, you're going to have to make me." She snapped, clearly confident in her abilities to ward off this yippy dog.
Citrine wasn't some overly built and terribly muscular woman but she was well bit and fit enough, years of dance honing her body into lean muscle. If she wanted, she probably could have crushed a man with her thighs.
"Come on yippee. Or you gonna run with your tail between your legs because you can't handle the heat?"

“Pomeranian’s have teeth too, you know.” He spoke softly, thinking quickly. So she wouldn’t leave. That was fine. He would just have to…leave with grace. Leave with grace and at least leave fighting. After a moment, he laughed. “The heat? Why, do you think you’re hot or something?”
She wasn’t his type. Not by a long shot.
Okay. So he had to go. To go but…not to run. “Fine. If you won’t leave, then I suppose I will bow out for today but let me just leave you…with this. Cinnamon Cloud!” It would be the perfect cover to escape. And the first thing he would do…would be to hit the gym. It was time to stop being such a beanpole. Time to get serious about all of this. Chaos would fear him one day, he would make sure of it.

She was ready for the fight to really start but, unsurprisingly, the dude was chickening out.
Yeah, it was just like she expected. He was all talk and no action and she rolled her eyes as he puffed up at her again. She even went far enough to lift a hand and make a blah blah blah motion insinuating that he talked to much.
It was tempting to go after him but he was right, that pesky cinnamon cloud was a deterrent and without Jet's ability to teleport...well it wasn't worth it.
Besides, like she predicted, he was running off like a dog with it's tail between his legs. Pathetic, boring, lame. Instead, she watched him go and then, she took her leave too.
