Can we get a staff notice or an announcement regarding platinum grants in games to get more people playing?
ex: "All games are now updated to grant platinum for a more balanced playing experience"

BG is still glitched to granting 1p for any game of BG no matter what your coin catch. People are getting 1p for a score of 0 and 1p for scores of 800+

Is this going to be fixed before september?

I know you guys are working hard on the new currency but I have a big problem. What is going on with the gold/platinum amounts in guilds? It makes no sense AND it's broken!

I donated 256 platinum to my guild when it had some small amount, less than 100P. (Around 30-50 maybe?) I refreshed the page and it said we had 214P. O.O It should have been more than 256P??

So I tried again. I donated 50 P. Watched it come out of my money. We still have 214P. It didn't go up by 1P. I am using platinum and everything in the guild says it is when it specifies. Like when you donate, it says in platinum.

In the guild logs it shows this:

So entry fees are being shown as Platinum, but donations showing as gold?? And I set it to 0 for a join fee but it still takes 1P from the member. And not raising my guild amount, stole my platinum. Stole at least 92 platinum.

Please fix and give me my platinum back or put it in my guild, thank you.

Merch Tickets

It wasn't clear from the announcements, but if someone were to buy a ticket today through Sept. 4th, could they still turn it in despite having missed the February deadline? I wasn't sure if it was new and final call for emails to redeem tickets.

You have until Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 5:00pm PDT to submit an e-mail to gaiabox@gaiaonline.com to redeem any real life merchandise tickets that you own. After this time, we will no longer be accepting tickets. By 5:00pm PDT on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 all remaining real life merchandise tickets in the economy will be soulbound and we will begin the removal process.

How is the mobile app development going?

I really think this feature will benefit gaia! Especially if its released in the fall where everyone will soon be back at school and usually we have our phones with us than our laptops unless we're in class.

I attended Otakon, and on the announcement for it, it said that redeeming the convention cards would grant an item and a "huge" amount of gold/plat., but redeeming the card did neither of these things. It was one of the reasons I went to the con actually haha
Any plans to honor that? Cheers! 👌

features: inventory: so still it won't load all my stuff when i put it out, so idk if its the number of stuff but it's still not loading quickly like it used to, also in the arranger, do you think you could make it like the inventory? & also have it show what catagory it goes in & let us choose where we wanna put it, like its a hat looking item but it goes in the item section, have it so it automatically gets put in there or something close to that? surprised

Inventory Arranger issues

Can you guys fix the inventory arranger? A lot of us have been having problems with it for the past few weeks.
Either the temporary storage and inventory section buffers for a ridiculously long time or it gives us an error when we try to move anything and click save.

Can we get an easier way to report ads that don't give us gaia cash? Like a button similar to the bootygrab misgranted gold one? I hate sitting through an ad on the daily treat for it to not grant, and then be locked out of being able to watch other ads for who knows how long. I have also had other things in the paygarden not grant cash as well, even though I completed what I was supposed to do.

Is is possible to expand search displays in the MP so we have an option of showing 500-1000 items at a time? I am not asking to get rid of the previous settings, but I can handle the information load. This would allow more efficient MP searches over all, as well.

Daily Treat doesn't work 90% of the time for me, even when I have no scriptblocking on whatsoever. The ad plays, I interact with it, it claims I got cash, then bupkis! No PM and no increase in GC.
I know you guys aren't producing the ads, but aren't you in control of the interface? Any clues as to what is going on here?

While you're updating Homes (because it's apart of Towns), since people have requested being able to have their YouTube theaters back, why not tie it to Homes to give them more use. I think it's a pretty good idea.

Good evening everyone! I hope you are all doing well. We appreciate all the hard work you have been doing with plat and getting our summer event together. Onto my question;

There are a few glitches in z that I'm not sure if you're all aware of. One being that the Iron will an Rock armour ring will glitch randomly whenever the armor pool breaks. Even if it's been buffed r4 within the 15 min interval, it'll still act as though it is only r1.

Then there is another issue outside of the game, but in regards to zomg as well. That is the Deluxe Boosts within the Backalley bargains shop. The regular size are not soulbound, but the deluxe are. Is there a reason for this? Thank you for your time!

Fish/packs in Phin Phang are being purchased for 1p when things should be 200p etc. I emailed but no response as of yet been a week. This can be exploited in the marketplace can someone follow this up as i have packs i want to use but dont want to be punished as i was only charged 1p eek

I'm trying to do trades with people for caches, but because caches are individual items I can only get 30 at a time, so if I'm doing a trade for 500 caches, it takes multiple trades to do this. Anyway to stack unopened caches in trades?

Could Gaia give us the option to favorite the avatars we create in Avatar Builder?

A lot of people like sharing their avatar builder creations but they have to do so through image hosting sites. It would be wonderful if we could just add avi builder creations to the favorites system so that gaians can appreciate them without having to rely on image hosting sites or needing to wear/own the outfit prior to faving it.

Hey there. I've heard that you guys are aware of the Angel Sub users who have, like me, cancelled their subscriptions only to be charged again (and granted no benefits, at that).

Do you guys have any sort of proper ETA as to when this might be fixed? Also, since this happened to my empty bank account, just how much of it are you willing to reimburse me should my account go into default and charge me NSF fees? Thanks.

Thanks for responding, about 2 months ago I asked about a home overhaul with releasing new items, allowing us to update the home space and new items. Home were popular back and the day but not anymore can I get an update to my question ? biggrin
