Seren happily trotted up to the door of the room she'd been directed to, for the person who wanted to start a hair salon. She might be just a newbie here but she'd been dealing with hair dye since she'd started dyeing her own hair, and thought she'd gotten pretty good at it. She'd helped her... exes... out when they wanted different things, she could do her own celestial... She could probably help others with their hair dye wishes and woes. She reached out and knocked on the door, a bright smile on her face. Time to put on her best face, if she was going to befriend her potential cohort.

There was a soft series of squawks followed by some hushing, muffled words of comfort. Then the door opened, revealing a petite hunter in mermaid themed leggings rather than pants. There was a brief moment where she was expressionless and dreamy-eyed--and then, remembering herself, Stormy broke into a small but welcoming smile.
"Hi," she said, library soft. "Yes. Sorry, um--"
More squawking, suspicious. She looked over her shoulder at the minipet moving about restlessly in her cage and hissed, "Tink, please." Stormy opened the door wider, apparently a signal for Seren to come in, as the Mist hunter moved to the cage to try and quell the little dragon's territorial squabbling.

Seren smiled at the other woman, a little shyly, but also warmly. The sun hunter was wearing her usual outfit, except instead of her skirt, she had on jeans today, wanted to not have to worry about it if she had to sit on the ground, or something. "Hi... um. It's ok..." She looked, curiously, past Stormy as she followed her in, and stared in utter awe and fascination at the beautiful little dragon. "I... wh... What is... is she? He?" It was clear she'd not yet had minipet duty, and thus was very amazed by what she was seeing. Her bright eyes were focused on the little dragon, unable to look away. It might have had something to do with the dragon's celestial theme, though.

Stormy spent a solid minute crouched over the cage, making varying hushing noises as she slipped her fingers between the cage's bars and attempted to stroke the little dragon. Tink seemed to calm down slightly, but her wings moved nervously as she eyed the stranger walking in.
"This is Tink," she told Seren without looking away. "Like Tinkerbell." The minipet made a small noise on cue, though it was less introductory and more get out. "She's Gale's really, but..." Stormy didn't finish the thought.
Lips pressing together, she pushed a few Fear candies from a nearby special container, which thankfully busied the minipet.
"Sorry." Reflexive, pre-emptive. "Um, she's a sprite hatchling. A minipet," Stormy clarified, unsure if Seren had gone to the labs or been exposed to them yet. "She's finicky. Sort of like a cat, if it could fly."

"A minipet?" She sounded very fascinated, and crouched near the cage, but far enough away that she hoped the little Sprite Hatchling wouldn't be bothered. "I'm... Pretty new, honestly, here... So I'm still learning a lot of this stuff. But I'm seriously interested, and a minipet sounds like an amazing thing. And Tink is adorable, even upset." She then gave the other woman a friendly smile. "Thank you for inviting me here, though, to talk about the idea of a salon. It sounds awesome." She leaned against the nearest wall, and sighed softly, running her fingers through the end of her long pony tail. "Given how many of us have a lot going on, hairwise, I think it might be both profitable and helpful... And I'd love to be involved."
