 It had been quite a while since surviving the ambush that Midnight's Whisper had set him up to encounter by directing the purewalker into his path. He had a few scars but they had healed with the help of Puramu and her group. The stallion couldn't help but wonder what had driven his sister to go down the path that she had. It was worse though now as he had gotten word that Midnight had willingly gone seeking out corpse powder. Worse was that she had succeeded in her mission and was now prowling around the Kawani lands as a jet-black cursed walker. Castor had been keeping up with reports of Midnight's whereabouts. It was the most responsible thing he could do. To say that his parents were shocked with the news was an understatement. He had gotten word to the rest of his family and was looking for solutions to try and rectify the situation.
Staring at the setting sun Castor sighed softly and glanced around for Puramu. He'd set up a sunset rendezvous and had hoped that he could discuss an important topic or two with the angeni mare.

Puramu-Bara was prancing about as she was running a bit late she had being keeping tabs on Kiyo who she likes to get in the way of as much as she can. But has grown to like Castor which lead her to keep in touch. She tries to get any info she can find to be of help. Now slowing to a walk she comes up behind him to his side. "Sorry I am a bit behind. You wished to talk yes?" She points out as she comes to a stop. Her wings folded at her sides as she has her lantern on her back. Happy to see him again as she smiles. It was nice that his wounds have healed pretty nicely.
Waiting for him to tell her what it was that he wanted to discuss as she stretches out her wings and flutters them a bit before folding them again.

Hearing hoofbeats coming up from behind him Castor swung his head around to watch as Puramu came up the hill. He greeted the mare with a warm smile and moved to stand at her side. He chuckled softly. "It's okay that you are running behind. There is nowhere else I need to be right now and it was I that wished to meet with you so it would be in rather poor spirit if I grew upset for one who was late."
Castor gently allowed his nose to bump into Puramu's side. He wasn't sure if Puramu was entirely comfortable with him yet but he was beginning to feel something for the mare. And it wasn't just because she had rescued him. "I wanted to ask you two things actually Puramu. The first and most important is: have you heard tales of charms that can be made to combat the blight that is the skinwalker problem?"
The idea that if a charm existed maybe there could be some hope for his sister to come back to the family. It wasn't a guarantee but it was something to put faith into.

Listening to him Puramu nods her head. "You are talking about the angeni charm. There is a history behind in. Before it was found out to be a cure for the blood-madness and forced evil alignment of a walker. It was a charm in which one wear close to their body. Created by an angeni using a bit of themselves like feathers, hair, even blood and then combining their ability to bless things with their holy light to bless it. In which to repel the evil kalona or walker away." She points out as she takes a deep breath so she can start again. This should be something all Angeni know about.
"There is a specific type of charm that when made with a gemstone and angeni blood, if touched by a walker, fuses to the walker and 'cure' them of their blood-madness." Saying this as she is trying to answer him the best she can.
"Although some retain their evil ways. Others wake up from the painful fusing process innocent while some are wicked but can be rehabilitated. This is all the info that I know on the topic." Smiling as she didn't mind his nose touching her at all. "I hope that is helpful to you." She points out.

Listening intently to Puramu explain the lore behind the charms and how they worked when fused with a skinwalker's body Castor was more determined to get his hooves on one. There was a burning need to see that Midnight be made "safe" at least. Although it was a small chance that things would stay the same Castor was banking on hopes that a charm would fix Midnight. Realizing that Puramu hadn't reacted in a negative manner to his gentle touch Castor moved closer to the mare. He spoke softly, "I was hoping that perhaps such a charm could be located. I believe that Midnight has become cursed on purpose and I'd like to remove what threat still remains to my family."
Pausing as if making up his mind on another topic Castor grit his teeth before resuming his current train of thought. "The other thing I wished to discuss is the subject of us. I'm curious to know where you stand on the idea of being together for companionship or something more."

Puramu thinking on the manner of the charm as she stays still even when he moved closer. "The more Angeni that help make the charm the stronger it is. Or at least that is what I think. My sister and I might be able to make one for you. We have some gemstones on hoof. So just adding our blood and blessing it." She looks up at him. "What color would you want the gemstone?" Pondering as she smiles. Her eyes watching him as she recalls his pause and the words that came after.
Her cheeks flush with a blush as her eyes lock onto his. After a bit she comes back to reality and out of space. "The topic of us hmm. Well I would be honored and I love the idea of being together with you. Be it companionship.
Or anything else for that matter. I love your company." She giggles a bit.

Castor nodded more to himself than anything when Puramu offered to make a charm for him. He would probably only get the one chance to trick Midnight into accepting the charm and thus he knew it would have to be a special colored stone that would draw her into accepting it. Kind of like how moths were drawn to open flames. He sighed before recalling the cape that Midnight once wore and the colors it was. Shaking out of his memories Castor grimaced. It would seem strange but perhaps the most subtle and ideal color to go for was the one that Midnight sported the most in her decision when she became a walker...black but purple would come a close second.
"I would appreciate it greatly if such a charm could be made. The color if possible should be either black or a dark purple. It has to be something unique that would draw Midnight's attention. I feel like trickery will be the best way to charm my errant sibling."
Clearing his throat Castor watched the flush appear on Puramu before gently resting his neck over hers. The ease that he felt in such an action spoke of just how comfortable he was in Puramu' company. "I think I want to be more than just a companion to you Puramu-Bara. There are feelings welling up inside that I would be a fool to fight."

Puramu pondering over what gemstones her and her sister had. "Surely we have something between the two of us that will work to get your sister's attention. I will keep the colors in mind. Is there a time limit that you need it or want it by?" She asked as she feels him rest his neck on hers as she listens to his every word.
Blushing a bit more when he said that he wants to be more then a companion.
"Castor. I am thankful that your sister and Kiyo had a plot together. Because without it I would not have met you. That might sound odd for one to be greatful to a walker and all. But I am truly happy that I got to meet you." She pauses for a moment.
"I am forever looking forward to seeing you. Thoughts of you cloud my head so much that my sister has started to tease me about it. So I wouldn't mind it one bit if we became something more then companions. Because with you. I believe that I want the greatest and strongest form of a bond that I can have. To the point I think that maybe I am being too selfish when it comes to you."
