Personality: Mavis is an only child, and being raised as one she sees the world as one where she gets what she wants. Her mother made that mistake of giving her little girl what she wants so when she doesn't get what she wants Mavis gets mad. When she gets mad things happen. But, when Mavis is happy, things can be very calm and collected. She enjoys spending her time with her mother and loves when they go out and do stuff together. She hates when her mother has to work and she has to go somewhere else or spend time alone. When she has to spend time alone, usually Mavis could be found exploring the woods or having fun with animals around her.
After being kidnapped and loosing her leg, as well as some of her sight, Mavis has mellowed out from the spoiled little girl she was and now cares more about what is going on around her, not enjoying when others get hurt and trying to protect those who need it.

Power: Mavis is a necromancer. She can control the dead and make them do what she wants.
Power Strengths: From the little girl she was, to the young lady she has started to grow into, she uses her powers to held others. She can control anything from a dead ant to a grown elephant
Power Weaknesses: While she is very careful about what she raises, she can accidentally raise the wrong thing or put too much power into the thing she raises causing the thing to go crazy. Most beings have to have died with in two months of her being able to control them
History: Mavis was born to Linda Williams and Eric Seaborn. When she was six months old, Eric Seaborn left Linda for a young woman who promised him better. Linda didn't let this get to her as she built a good life for her and her little girl. She got Mavis anything and everything she needed, finishing college and going on to pursue a job in vet medicine. This left Mavis with a healthy love of animals by an early age. By the time she was three, Mavis could be found trying to bring home injured animals for her mother to care for them. IT wasn't until her mother noticed some animals beginning to have injuries that should have already killed them that she began to worry. She got Mavis to end these adventures and things became normal for awhile. Fast forward to Mavis's fifth birthday and Eric returned. He wanted to be in MAvis' life but she wanted nothing to do with him. In an attempt to make the man go away, She screamed at him, with the scream, she resurrected her pet, a large dog they had for a year before it had to be put down from injuries it had sustained from being hit by a car. Eric had been horrified and took off, leaving Linda to console her daughter. The dog died once more and Mavis was taught not to use this gift of hers in front of others, that if she had to use it, only to use it in emergencies.
When she was eight, she was kidnapped while walking home from school. She was kept by a crazy man who wanted to use her powers for his personal gain. When she was finally able to escape, she had the help of the X-Men. Along the way to escaping, she received a couple injuries. The man had become even crazier and caused the car she was escaping in to flip. When Mavis woke up, her mother was at her side and she could barely see. Once she was more aware, she realized she was missing a portion of her leg.
