xxxxxxxxx█ Alex grew up in a fairly poor family on the outskirts of New York. His parents always wanted what was best for him, and encouraged him to do well at school. Despite the positive encouragement from home- Alex never achieved the grades he needed to get into university and so was left in a tricky situation. When he turned 21, his mother gifted to him a necklace with a large gaudy stone inside it. She ordered him to look after it, claiming it to be a family heirloom from hundreds of years ago. It wasn't long before Alex began to notice strange things happening. He could move objects with his mind, cause things to revert to a gaseous form. Alex could even do this to himself. However, rather than become a criminal- which his abilities would have been perfect for, he wrote and performed in his own magic shows, taking on the name 'Dimitri Cavallo'. His show gradually escalated from small gigs in pubs, to a large stage in Vegas reserved directly for him. He wears the necklace during every show, as it is very clearly the source of his power. Most merely believe it is a part of his costume, but some are not so convinced. He had recently hired Henrietta Longman, a wannabe burlesque dancer to become his assistant. Who knows, perhaps she would be the girl he revealed all his secrets too.
