Arseno still wasn't too sure of his new position. He had finally made General and he... didn't really feel as though he was fit for the job. But then again, he felt the same way when he had been promoted to Captain but... perhaps they were just desperate for higher-powered agents?

But he knew he had a job that he had to do and so with his new promotion had been testing it out the past few nights. Teleporting, using his new and improved weapon, and well, just getting used to all of it.

And that's why tonight, like the past few nights, he was out and about in the park, trying to enjoy the last few warm nights that were left before Fall started, and perhaps draining a few people. He could feel himself sighing every so often though. As glad as he was that he had finally managed to cure his insomnia, he still felt too stressed about the entire situation.

Surprisingly, the aura of the chibi senshi had been barely noticeable. Perhaps it was because he had been distracted with his own thoughts, but he didn't even realize that the chibi senshi was there until he found a piece of paper hitting his face and cutting him a bit, though luckily not in one of his eyes. "****." He said as he grabbed at the piece of paper and looking at it to see what the heck it was. He was confused when he saw that there was nothing on it and it was unusually sharp. He had expected it to be some sort of advertising poster or something.

He was still a bit confused until he felt the aura of the chibi senshi. And when he did, it was kind of amazing how much it stood out. Instead of just being a general direction, he could almost pinpoint exactly where the senshi was. Very interesting! However, now was not the time to be thinking about that.

He grumbled a bit to himself, realizing that he had felt this type of aura before. It wasn't the first time he had fought a chibi senshi, but he was very reluctant to do so considering they were just children. He looked in the direction of the senshi and his brows furrowed a bit. If he had a little less conscious he would have gone and smacked the senshi where they stood. However, he wanted to give them a chance to escape instead. "I know you're there. How about you go home already?" Though he made sure to check the area for any other auras, just in case they had an ally with them.

Arseno raised an eyebrow as the chibi showed herself before him. There was no way she was going to beat him, and at this point he was just trying to shoo her out of the area. He wasn't going to hit a child after all, no matter how annoying they may be. "Unfortunately that's not for you to decide. Now, you can either leave, or you can make this hard for the both of us and I would rather not be hitting a kid." It was harder to be careful too. If he had one of the previous stages of his weapons he could have just whapped her or something in retaliation.

But with his weapon fully complete and the horseman's pick on one side with the other side containing a thurible that could be used as a mace... there was nothing "nice" about this weapon. So he would have to keep it away and use his hands.

He rolled his eyes. What was that, the fifth time or something since entering this conversation. And then he sighed, once again for the multiple time, and looked at her. "I'll say something right now. I am once of the 'nicer' agents that you're going to meet. And next time you run into one of them, they won't even give you the chance to say 'help'. I suggest you keep that in mind next time." He said, giving her a pointed look. "I really don't like the fact that the White Moon has little kids fighting in such a war, and the fact that they don't seem to teach them when to back down is just as bad."

Suddenly he teleported straight over to the girl, and poked his finger at her forehead. "Leave. Do not go out and do this again unless you have someone with you." He said, trying to drill it into her head that what she was doing was completely foolish. He knew little kids were stubborn, but sheesh! How had his little brother been so much better?!

Before she could retort however, he teleported away to the rooftop of a building near his apartment. He could feel the drain on his energy, really wishing that he had teleported a bit closer to where he had been, but he had wanted to get far away enough that she wouldn't be able to sense his aura. After all, if she was that stubborn about wanting to fight a General then she probably would have followed him. He shook his head, disgusted at the White Moon. That was not the first time he had met up with a chibi senshi, and he doubted it would be the last. There was no reason to join them. They thought they were saving the planet, and yet they used child soldiers. Disgusting. He thought, powering down.
