Each wingrider has a certain number of rolls they make, and a certain amount of points they can modify the rolls with, depending on the colour of the dragon:
-White: 6 Rolls (6 Modification Points)
-Green: 7 Rolls (5 Modification Points)
-Blue: 8 Rolls (4 Modification Points)
-Brown: 9 Rolls (3 Modification Points)
-Bronze: 10 Rolls (2 Modification Points)
**Note: This is for fun only. You don't have to roll if you don't want to, but the rolls are meant more of a guideline that can be modified
**The Number of Rolls represent stamina and the number of modification points represent agility.
Stats can be customized:
Small Dragon: -1 Rolls
Medium Dragon: +0 Rolls
Large Dragon: +1 Roll
Young (1-5 Turns) : +1 Roll
Mature (6-15 Turns): +2 Rolls
Aging (16-25): -1 Roll
Elder (26+): -2 Rolls
Very Nimble +2 Modification Points
Nimble +1 Modification Points
Average +0 Modification Points
Slow -1 Modication Points
Very Slow -2 Modification Points
ie. Bronze Ironith is a Mature, Large, Slow Dragon so his stats would be:
13 Rolls with 1 Modification Point.
A wingrider must match at least 5 of the points in the pattern to have a very successful drill.
Match 5 and you've done amazingly well.
Match 4 and you've demonstrated great skill.
Match 3 and it's a productive drill.
Match 2 and you've done alright, nothing amazing.
Match 1 and it was a rough drill, there were problems.
Match 0 and you need private drill lessons to catch up.
If a wingrider matches 100% of the pattern, they get an extra wild slot they can use on the next drill game. The slots can be banked and used at any drill game for the Tsunami Wing.
To play, players randomize a number between 1 and 25. The result is then filled in on the chart.
If the character has modification points to spend, they can add or subtract 1 for every modification point they spend. This represents a dragon's ability to swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.
ie. A 17 is randomized. The PC has 2 Modification Points and wants to match a 15 on the grid. They use 2 modification points to subtract 2, making the 17 a 15.
