 As all of the contestants reach the other side of the island, the Proctors go to each of them and lead them to a single point on the shoreline. The Head Proctor stands there, his Byakugan active, and he looks over each contestant. "Not a single mark, huh? Interesting... Even more interesting that only one of you aren't here... It appears that Aburame Juugou is the first casualty of the exam and has been disqualified for failing to meet the objectives." he says, then nods to the other proctors. Four of them each take a contestant's shoulder and teleport as they had before. When you stop, you see that you are on an island that is not only clear of mist, but nearly all landscape as well. The only thing of note is a hill that leads to an entrance with 3 doors. "Before we begin, each of your proctors will be reclaiming the kunai that were given to you." Kenji says, and each of the proctors hold their hands out. Once all of the kunai are surrendered, Kenji continues. "Now then, we have arrived at the second stage of the exams. There are 3 entrances, all of which lead to the other side. The tunnels are straightforward, each one leading down a straight hallway. However, to pass this exam, not all contestants can travel the same tunnel. Be sure to take your time as there is no time limit. We'll see you on the other side." With that, the proctors body flicker away and are gone, leaving you to yourselves. Quote: Alright guys, the mechanics for stage 2 are simple. Enter the catacombs, travel the distance. However, there's a catch: Every time your character reaches 25 out of 100 steps, you must stop until I respond. To move, use the following formula: 1d10 + Agility/100. This time, you may only make one movement per post and may not make another post until the person you're traveling the tunnel with makes their post. Feel free to RP with each other as you move. Have fun guys and gals! A man steps through the thin mist and comes across the form of Juugou. "Sorry to say, kiddo, but you've been disqualified. Better luck next year." he says, then turns and leaves Juugou to find his own way off of the island.

As they moved to the next location, Nisha looked around at the others and saw that she knew some of them, Nisha was listening to the proctor for the exam as she was checking everyone else. "Well it is a bit weird to see that everyone is from the same village in this, so how has everyone been doing so far in the exam?". Nisha said with a awkward laugh at the end as she looked around at the others with her at the second stage of the exam. With a moment of time and seeming to be the first person to move she stepped forward and then started playing Eeny, meeny, miny, moe to decide while tunnel she would take for this stage. "Well guess we should get started, see everyone on the other side of the test". Nisha said before making her way into one of the tunnels. Notes/OOC 10 + 1 = 11 Distance Traveled

Their reasoning? He supposed he would find out at the end of this. If he passed of failed. Nisha was the first to move, headed down one of the hallways. Haikyo looked to a separate entrance and he immediately charged his body with his soul energy--filling his muscles to the brim and blasting toward the tunnel. He was ready for anything--his reflexes and physical ability amplified as his skin glowed a pale green with the energy.[ Ooc: (1D10 + 2 = 6 Total Steps: 6 ]

Now that he could see the other contestants he noticed he recognized one of them. The man called Sai. If Sai was here at these exams then it was going to be much tougher than Shinken expected. He was going to have to lay low and try to squeeze his way through the metaphorical gaps. With that in mind Shinken waited for someone to enter a tunnel, and then waited a little longer before heading into the same tunnel himself. He was following a female ninja, who had earlier introduced herself as Nisha. Shinken had kept silent knowing that it was possible that Sai might have recognized his voice. Instead he had replied with a simple nod. Shinken attempted to follow behind her stealthily, allowing her to take the brunt of any trickery in the exams and hopefully keeping himself in the running.

Sai watched silently as the other three shinobi entered their respective tunnels before selecting the only one that had been left vacant.

Nisha took a deep breath as she walked along the path of the tunnel, her steps light as her hand touched the edge of the tunnel letting her fingers graze along the cool stone. Then as she paused for a moment and heard the steps of the person following behind her and looked back to look at who it was and smiled a little looking at them. "Hey so we are tunnel buddies, I am Nisha who are you?. Nisha said as she walked along the path speaking to the person following behind as she made her way ahead. Notes/OOC 4 + 1 = 16 Distance Traveled

"I'm Aratsu. I just graduated the academy a month ago. They said I was ready for the exams so I went. I still feel outclassed by everyone here though." Shinken said hoping that his act would fool the other ninja. He had in fact gone through the leaf academy recently under a fake name. Hopefully that lent some credibility to his story. Shinken could still turn this to his advantage if he let her stay a few steps ahead of him. She would be the first to trigger any traps, and she would be none the wiser. "How long have you been a Gennin?" He asked.

"Oh neat, nice to meet you Aratsu". Nisha said with a smile as she walked ahead with him, not really having a reason to doubt him she just happily accepted his story and continued on with him making sure to work with him at her side when possible. "Only a month that is really fast, hmm let my think, it should have been around a year roughly, so not that long ether a few missions at that is about it". Nisha said looking off a little into the further tunnel as she thought about the past few months and all the events that happened during that time, before speaking up again. "It is nice that so many of people in the exam are all from the same village, it means the village is doing well". OOC/Notes 6 + 1 = 23 Distance Traveled

Shinken picked up his pace to keep up with Nisha. She was right. It did mean that the village was doing well, and as long as his disguise held up he was in a good place to learn and grow, until he could go back to sand and overthrow the Kage. "Yeah it's really nice to see the village in such a good place." He said as he fell a little bit behind. Now that she knew he was here it wouldn't do to fall too far behind her. He had to seem like a teammate. Not that they weren't technically teammates at the moment. She seemed to trust his disguise so he was able to let his guard down a little bit. "So do you really think that this test is just to walk down a corridor? This seems way too easy." Shinken said wishing he could use his dojutsu.

Nisha kept her pace as she advanced in the tunnel as she listened to Aratsu stopping every now and then so that the two of them were still fairly close to one another. "Yeah it is nice". Nisha said nodding a little as she spoke then contiued on. "As to the test I don't think so, something will likely happen at some point as we progress along the tunnel". Nisha said in a merry tone as she hit the first checkpoint. OOC/Notes 7 + 1 = 25 check point | 31 total Distance Traveled
