Personality: Ryoko is the mother of the civilian sector. Loved by almost all, she would give you the shirt off her back if someone needed it. The only time she is ever seen angry is when someone makes her daughter cry. Never upset a mama lion.
Fears: Loosing her daughter is her greatest fear.
Backstory: Ryoko came over to America with her family when she was only 13. The idea for a better life is what they told her, that things would be easier. At first things were, Ryoko's family opened a small ramen shop which was fairly successful. Adapting to her new life was...a bit hard, but after a good three years she managed to speak English. Which was a good thing because right after she had adjusted completely, the apocalypse hit.
The apocalypse was hard on everyone they knew and came to love, however Ryoko's father refused to let it destroy humanity. He had little to no skills, but he could cook. The man's family was safe and alive, and together they opened a small ramen shop in the camp they lived at.
Tragedy struck her family when Ryoko was 19. Raiders quickly took everything Ryoko loved and destroyed it. The poor girl watched as a group killed her father and mother in the dead of the night, forcing her to watch among other horrific events. As soon as the men fell asleep, Ryoko ran and never looked back. Tired, scared, and in pain, Ryoko was recused by a woman who had called herself a Raven, and was given a full evaluation and a good cleaning. During her evaluation, it was determined that the poor 19 year old had endured a tragic encounter, leaving her terrified of men. Who could blame her? Ryoko was sent through basic training to learn how to protect herself, however come three months into her training it was revealed that she was carrying a child. A child who was the result of the tragic event. Sent to live in the civilian sector, Ryoko found the people there were kind and lively and they protected each other. Here was a place for her to start a new life, one where she could learn to heal and to grow into a better person, one day being able to overcome her past fears.
Ryoko brought a healthy little girl into the apocalyptic world, a child she had named Annchi, meaning peace and angel. The a child created from hate, had become a child born of love, and Ryoko couldn't have been happier. Moving forward, Ryoko vowed to do whatever she can for others, just as her father had taught her.
Goal: To keep her daughter safe and health in the apocalypse, and hopefully one day get over her phobia.
