It's something that could possibly and we'll see about it, but it'll be a low priority fix.

First I want to say I do appreciate that Gaia has made an effort to curb cheating in Runway and I know the mods have put a lot of time into monitoring the Runway on a daily basis.
My concern is it seems some people have found ways around the measures that have been put into place. There seems to be some people that win a lot. One of them has placed in the top three 13 times in a little over a month and one of those was with a duplicate avatar they had already won with. We seem to be experiencing a lot of the same problems we did before. I don't know if you are able to do anything about these questionable wins but I felt the need to bring it up because there seems to be a lot of chatter and grumbling about cheating again and a lot of frustration and it really takes a lot of fun out of the feature if you don't feel like you're playing by the same rules as everyone else.

Recently I found that I was ignored by a person because I could see people quoting them in the forums but I couldn't see that person's avatar. I could only see the quotes in quote trees. Keep in mind that I wasn't actively looking for this I just happened to notice it. Come to find out that same person was in one of my guilds that I own and run as a captain. I ended up checking the member list because the username sounded really familiar.
Of course I removed said person from my guild because it doesn't make sense to keep that person in a guild if they ignored me. This leads me to make a suggestion.
If someone ignores you then if they are in a guild that you own and run as a captain they should automatically be booted from said guild, because if you can't see the posts unless a person quotes them then it opens the door for potential drama. After all, not all guilds have a huge crew list. Sometimes it's just ran by a captain and a guild mule, this is more common with smaller guilds. Sometimes with bigger guilds not all the crew members are active so they might not catch what's going on. Plus some bad eggs out there could also put the entire crew list on ignore for the sake of stirring the pot, if we can't see the posts it makes it hard to make sure that everyone is following the rules. sweatdrop

Simple reason was to prevent abuse where someone could create a hundred accounts, collect GC from video offers, etc, and funneling them all to one account. Otherwise we'd be happy to add that functionality.

Those dead fish drops that we get from the dead fish in out aquariums, can the items in them please be updated? The items we pull form them are worthless now since they are so common. I think if they were updated it would revive some interest with maintaining a tank.

I always have ads disabled and make sure to buy more than enough GC to satisfy the requirement, but this past week or so, I've been getting ads even though it's checked and it says that I have X number of days left of ad free livin'. Right now I still have 17 days left- but am still getting ads. It's seriously ruining my enjoyment of the site, as the ads slow my computer down too much. I've noticed that others have been having this problem as well, will it be fixed soon?

Cloud 9 is a shop right, I think it is... Anyway, I don't like using my debit card online, last time I did someone took my info and started making bogus charges with it. That whole experience turned me off to online purchases, mainly because it was a huge ordeal to fix. I'd like to use the shop but can you make it to where we can use the Gaia Cash that we have from free cash offers and other things to get in please? I mainly use gift cards to get cash but anyway, if you did this it would give me more of an incentive to use Gaia Cash. whee

You can use Gaia Cash you get from offers to purchase items.
What she means is we cannot get into Cloud 9 without a subscription. There is no "spend $100 in a year to get in" like Club Verge had. This is a pay to enter shop.
Can you guys give us another way to earn entry into Cloud 9 without the subscription?

I've been having issues bidding on auction items in the marketplace. Whenever I bid, it says invalid bid amount. This occurs even when the bid is much more then the previous bid and following any of the needed bid increment restrictions. Is there a reason this message is coming up? What do I need to do to prevent this from happening and losing out on items cheap because the site won't let me bid?

I think that there is an error check where the bid increment cannot be higher than the buy now price, is that the error? Otherwise I'm not sure why there would be an error. Please provide more info as to exactly how much is much more and how much did the item cost.
The item was only an auction item, and was going for 2,000,000 gold with no bid increment set. I bid 2,500,000 and it said it was an invalid bid amount. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why I kept getting this error. The item goes for 285,000,000 gold. This happened on multiple items for me, but this was the only item I cared about.
One more thing to check - did you use comma when entering the amount?

Not the same person but I'm also having this problem (at least it sounds like it)
If I move items to any of my lockers or extra spaces and click save
it just loads in limbo until I refresh the page
The items make it to the locker but it doesn't refresh the inventory like before
same thing if you move things outside of a locker, it loads forever
but if you refresh the page the items are in the area you put them
Hmm, I'm having trouble replicating the issue. If you can PM me and let me know exactly which item you moved from which page to or from temp storage, I can try to reproduce it. Thanks!

Back in June when the subscriptions first started, the amounts you got were 875gc for the $5 option. However, when July's subscription went out, the amount for the same level was changed to 1000gc with no warning. Is there any way that those of us who subscribed in June, could get reimbursed for that change in cash granted between the two months?

We likely aren't going to be offering reimbursements as the 875 was the number we were using for June. We reviewed the system after a month of it being launched and then decided to up the amount, so if you kept your subscription, you should be getting the new amount on your renewal date.

Hey so whatever you guys did made the text boxes in forums sort of wonky again. Like they used to expand and you could drag them out further or longer. Like in PM's here. There is an overlay so you can see where the original box sits vs you being able to drag it out. But in threads, you can only drag it down. Like here. Any chance you'd be able to make it so the text box in threads can be dragged out as well as down? As someone who spends her time making lots of thread layouts, this was very useful when I could do it. - Thanks in advance

Hmm that is a tricky one as we have the styling options on the right. Probably need to do some CSS magic to make it work right. Might take some time to implement unless we get more requests to raise the demand for this feature.

I just fixed the bug that allow it to work for large inventories. Right now every 1,000 items takes one second to sort, and I'm still trying to improve on the performance.
