”The griffin leapt into the sun and tiny orbs descended to the world below, spreading out to the far reaches of the land.” Hayes grunted after reading a sentence from one of the books he had downloaded onto his ___ (kindle) late last night. It was too soon to tell but the boil wasn’t very interested in continuing beyond that sentence. Hayes generally read educational books but he had decided to pick out some books from the fantasy genre as a starting point to reading books that focused more on entertainment. All of the theories, scientific discoveries and other similarly educational books were beginning to blend together into a seamless string of information. The book he had downloaded last night was a free one that didn’t seem to be well written or thought out. Hayes grumbled again as he went back to his downloaded books list and instead pulled up a book that focused on decluttering both your home—or in his case dorm—and life. Again, the book was in his typical group of books but Hayes found he enjoyed in nonetheless.

Hayes continued his walk down the stairs that led from the ghost dorms and out into the main courtyard that hosted a variety of outdoor seating. His eyes strained against the change in light and the especially bright sunlight. His red eyes lifted briefly from his eyephone where the book was contained in order to locate a bench and continue his decluttering reading. It took the boil a moment to find one that was off without anyone around before he sat and continued reading. Hayes continued to make grumbly, weak-growling noises but this time, in pleasure rather than dismay. To most creeple it sounded the same.
