How do you deal with bullies?

There is someone at my school who has been contantly insulting me ever since i met him, however he is not bullying just me but anyone practically. But the only difference is that he adds extra insults for me because i'm chinese and its really irritating me. (the racist insults are the usual... like "Speak english beucase in OUR country thatw what we speak"
and when i do he's like "Pardon me" and laughs at me etc)
I can't do anything because when i try and speak morals with him... he laughs at my face...(no suprise there considering he's an senceless idiot)
I have reported the incidents to my tutor and my year head but despite him apologising to me, after a while he continued to harass me... and its really getting out of hand because he has crushed my pride and dignity and i feel hopeless because he doesn't care whether he's been reported or anything considering the fact he constantly pulls pratical jokes on my old maths teacher whom has no directional hearing... how can you deal with a person who even when confronted by his seniors doen't change, even if his parents are informed? How can one make a bully fell guilty for his deads when he cares about no one's opinon of him?

Things he's done to bully me:

Bully: Has any one told you you're really beautiful
Me: (ignores)
Bully: Is that a yes or a no?
Me: Go away, I want to do my work
Bully: You know you should be a porn star since you're so beautiful

Bully: oh so our history teacher isn't here is he?
Me: (ignores)
Bully: Oh i can't wait, i can sit next to you this lesson and we could have sex with each other.
Me: (screams a load of random chinese words at him...)
Bully: (laughs like a efffing idiot he is)

Bully Friend 1: Dare you to hug her
Bully: (laughs)
Me: (walks away from them)
A little while later when i need to ask some help for the teacher... the ******** pervert hugs me! So i kicked him in the privates and punched his face and he laughes with his friends at me... My friend tries to confront the bully but since the buly is far taller than him... he gets pushed away so i scream a load of stuff at the bully but yet again he laughs at me...
(I told my mum this and she said it was good that i kicked him because you shouldn't let perverted twisted bullies away with things like that)
(OK, how is a hug offensive or classified as bullying,harrasment etc... the anwser is simple, when you don't want the hug, when the person who is hugging you did it to provoke your anger[I don't usually hug anyone outside my family and i absolutely hate the idea of hugging the opposite sex even if they are you're friend yet alone someone who has contantly bullied you!] and its not in my blood to embrace someone outside my familly in many cases...)

Bully: I'm just going to stand here with you becuase your my friend
Me: (moves away)
Bully: oh you want to go here
Me: Go away...i'm not your friend
Bully: Oh yeah.. we're the best of friends
Me: Go away now... you're annoying me, i wil never be a friend to the likes of you!
Bully: Now now, you're getting all angry and worked up.. you need to learn to calm down... don't get so fustrated, its bad for your health!
Me: Shut up and go! I'm serious!
Bully: You shoould go see an pshyciatrist
Me: ******** off.. serioucly i'm not you bloody friend now go away don't you understand?
Bully: (laughs again)

The f***ing b*****d (mind my language) was having an "intelligent convasation" REALLY LOUDLY about how asain eyes look like and then commented as if i were invisible that i must be japanese because my eyes aren't chinesey.... he then laughed really irratibly and all i did was stare at him until i finally could'nt stand his effing rubbish and shouted in Chinese at him for ages then stormed off in front of the classs... I effing hate that guy.

When I told my teacher of the incidents, she said i should try ignoring him... but when i did that he believed i was deaf and so my friends back me up and get themselves bullied so that I felt so guilty about them being shouted at I told the bully to go away and stop bullying me... So in the end i'm unsble to ignore him because he'll just hurt the people who stick up for me...
When I told my teacher again... she asked whether a "convasation" with the bully would help so that i could point all the annoying things he does.... basically she's asking me whether i want the chance to publically humuliate him and make him feel guilty for his wrong doings but at the same time theres a risk i'm the one who's going to be bullied more if he knows how annoyed i am at him.

Bullying should not be taken lightly. I suggest you tell a counseler immediately, if your teachers won't do anything about it. Bullying is not just detention, suspension, expulsion, boo-hoo. It's court, it's jail.

First off, him suggesting to have sex with you or trying to hug can be classified as sexual harrassment. Trust me. Guys like him may say, "Oh, but I didn't try to molest her or anything!" No. Anything that the victim considers sexual harrassment is sexual harrassment. If you consider him tapping you on the shoulder or calling you "hot" sexual harrassment, it is sexual harrassment and you can put him legal trouble for that.

Second, he's harrassing you. He won't leave you alone despite your ignoring him or responding to him in a respectable, sensible manner. This could even be called stalking.

That's strike two.

And that's already more than enough for you to not only report him to the principal but put him in court.

Ignoring him isn't working. So take further action immediately before he does something serious and really hurts you or someone else [examples: rape, provoking emotional pain, physical beatings, etc.]. Report it to the principal. Counseler. Police. Guys like him will never have any self-respect from themselves or others, even if he never feels gulity. I consider your teacher is wrong, no offense. Bullying is serious. And if he isn't shown how bad his behaviour is now, he really is going to continue hurting people.

No one has ever bullied me. If they did, I would not only kick their sorry asses but threaten to report them. However, a mentally ill girl is being bullied in my school. No matter how many times I stick up for her, the idiots won't leave her alone. I'm going to report it to the principal, as should you.

If your principal or counseler denies this being a serious issue, they are completely oblivious to the teenage world. Like I just said, what he is doing is illegal. And he will continue doing what he is doing-- he may chance pick up a very insecure or already broken/depressed person, and push them to suicide. Murder.

I cannot stress enough how serious bullying really is. Tell higher authority immediately.

You know what... You should read the manga Confidential Confessions, more importantly, Volume 3. It gives you an idea of what bullying can really do to a person.

hmm I dont have to deal with bullies cause no one wants to pick on me since i'm one of the tallest and biggest in my class scratch that out i'm one of the biggest in my school and plus i can beat up people bigger than me so i have no worries and i'm friendly so i would rarely get into fights ^^ 4laugh and i come back with heka good comebacks too ^^

Its really surprising how you seemed to be in the exact same shoes as i was in 8th grade. But yours is more revolving around sexual harassement. I agree that telling a high powered adult about whats going on.

but if your not into telling on people, like me, then you should take it into your own hands. get revenge.

For example, a guy picked on me for a whole semester, sexual, physical, verbal harrasment, the whole package. (Meanwhile, I had 5 other bullies picking on me. ahahha i just seem to have an aura that says "please beat me up and hurt me.") and there was one day that i just decided to stop ignoring him. I super glued his backpack shut and he got taken up to the office. (iono why, the last part happened. But i knew that he couldn't tell on me b/c i would've told the vice principal everything that he's done to me and that would've hurt him more than it hurt me.) then he stopped pick on me.

lol now that i'm older and wiser, i relized i could've done alot more junk to him. like...sticking the hard lifesavers on his house windows.

In 3rd and 4th grade I was bullied by a kid who was also asian. For whatever reason, he was also making random noises that were "supposedly" Chinese because, apparently, he thought I was Chinese. It was the most annoying thing ever, and he kept making "asian eyes" at me. He would be everywhere - he would do it at recess, during chorus, whenever he got the chance. Eventually I moved because my dad's job had him go back up to where we were before and he was gone.

I handled him like you did; I yelled at him (not in Vietnamese, but yelled nonetheless), acted more victimized, and I tried to hit him once.

I think you should file harrassment and get him suspended or something, since the things he says are way out of line. I understand, teenage guys tend to be a little perverse, but jeez, the things he says are just disgusting.

I'd call the police. If he keeps on doing it to you no matter how many times you tell him to stop. That's harassment and it is illegal. Hell. I did that once with a bunch of girls. They were constantly throwing rocks at my friend because they "think" that she's been talking behind their backs. They even say that she's a "whore" and a "b***h". I was all like "grow the ******** up. No one listens to your poser attitude." Then they didn't stop. So I told my teacher. Then I called the security guard because they wouldn't stop throwing rocks at me. Now everytime I walk home with my friends there's a security guard always waiting there.

If he continues to bully you and you've told countless people about it already, the only thing to do is call the police.

It really helps to stay close to your friends when bullys are close enough to see...I never have really been bullied so I wouldn't know sweatdrop But I do know it works.

Ugh man another f@#king retard who thinks he's all that stare To be honset if you were my sis I would of beaten him to death and I really don't care about size or brute since I could get out of control when my anger takes over my body but anyways go to the principal, parents, siblings (older), friends, or your counsler for ask for help even though you went to your tutor for help. And it's school policis that you should not sexually harass another person.

I hate the people like that... How tall his he in an estimate?If I knew you I'd kick his a** for you xD. Anyways In 5th grade this arrogant son of a b***h says to me: What's up China? I said I'm not Chinese He asks What's up Japan? I said I'm not Japanese then he yells SHUT UP JAPINA!... So after school that day I stabed the little whore with a pencil until it peirced his shoulder blade for discrasing and pissing me off. If you can't shut the bully up your self, then do what the others say and call the police because now he's crossed the line of sexual harrassment. I'd shut anyone like that up my self even if it costed my life being 5'10, and large framed, people think I'm someone that bullies so people tend to stay away from me. It kinda hurts but once people get to know me they see I'm pretty kind hearted but once I'm mad, I go out of control.

the last name ho people as if i'ma sluttly slut. the viet thing..u no the war with the babies...they call me baby bomber..i get pissed at that. the azn thing is normal.

usually in elementary school people used my last name a lot. so i started to use it for myself..i said i'm worth 20 cents..blah blah and when someone says HOE!!! i say wha, someone call me? it makes people laugh

no in high school i use that all azns look alike we all eat rice, good at ddr, we shout godzilla.. they get kicks outta it and they're so used to me saying that so much that they can't be racist about me. now the viet thing..not cool..when someone mentions that i at least ripp them apart and i'll make sure i'll f**k their dead corpse in front of their family...yes i'm pissed even thinking about people calling me baby bomber...
