Quote: There was something about being out after a photoshoot with his dad that made him feel sexy. It was nice to look like the boy he was meant to be, instead of...well. The genetic abnormality that he felt like. The style of clothing he wore was dark, shades of black with hints of chain, belts....His dad had said he was inspired by video game fashion...he was't kidding. At least it was comfortable. Situating black, blond highlighted hair about his face, he grinned in to the window of the cafe, checking his reflection before walking in. Thank god for modern medicine. Striding in with an air of confidence, he seemed almost like someone famous who'd decided to grace this place with his presence, and while he didn't deign anyone else with a glance. Why bother? He was here for food and a drink, and to enjoy himself. This place was always bustling, but not with people that would bother him too much. The blond was already at a table. A whole table to himself in this bustling place wasn't hard to do if you knew when to get here and settle in. He had his laptop out and one hand typing away while he sipped from a large mug with his other. Grey eyes were focused almost completely on the screen but the way his head moved, you could tell he was listening to conversations, probably trying to keep himself entertained. Some of the patrons in the shop seemed to want to sit with him, but he didn't exactly give off inviting vibes. Not that he gave off anything mean, just not friendly. Finally the man took a break from whatever he was working on and looked around the cafe and shook his head. There were almost too many people here. His eyes caught blond and black hair and Adrian couldn't actually look away for a minute. He looked like he was going to be struggling to find somewhere to sit. And he also looked like he felt similar things about the world that Adrian did. Time to turn on the inviting vibes for him.

Quote: Once his hot tea and sandwich were done, he noticed that there was...a really decent looking guy glancing his way...With a wholly empty table. Well, there was no other table around, and Hari needed a place to sit so he could enjoy his food. With a tiny curve of his lips, the young man headed over, leaning on a chair before sitting, his things being set down, "Hey...My name's Hari. Nice to meet you," His tone was warm, inviting, lavender eyes sparkling with a bit of mischief, "Figured...y'know. No one's sitting here, so." He felt a bit conscious of his ostentatious clothing, knowing well that it wasn't exactly what normal people wore. Even before the other could give a yes or no, he was idly sliding in to the seat, studying his expression. Odd....really... Was this guy like him? The guy seemed a little too friendly. A slight mask went on, but this Hari wouldn't know it. Adrian pushed a hand through his hair before he leaned back and motioned to the chair the other had decided to take already without really waiting for an answer. So he took what he wanted. Interesting. The expression on Adrian's face was carefully placed, a quirk of his lips, a single brow raised. "...Hari was it? Sure, you can go ahead and sit where you're sitting now." It was slightly sarcastic, but hopefully he was putting in enough good natured vibes that it would be taken as playful instead of him being a p***k. "I'm Adrian Frost." One hand raised and he gave something of a mock salute since he wasn't really in the habit of offering his hands to people he just met. They could be sick. "So. You just like my table or my face?"

Quote: There was something about how he suddenly realized he'd...Oh. Whoops. The awkward smile that slipped up on his lips could almost be taken as sweet, his eyes warming as he ran his fingers through his hair, "Sorry about that Adrian." He was just used to people who were a bit more....welcoming, he supposed. "Not really so good with people." His eyes flicked over the other's expression, before taking his hand to play with the rim of his cup. He'd take a drink in a moment. There was something to mull over now. "Let's say both. Everyone else just looks like a bunch of pricks. You looked interesting." The awkward grin seemed more confident in that moment, the young man rather entertained. "That, and you were the only one that looked like he had a table open." A shrug to that, and he took off the strapped jacket he'd been wearing, now in a white button down, with his father's logo on the breast. His expression was still highly amused as Hari answered him and apologized. What a weird guy. With a shrug, the blond went back to one handed typing. "Interesting. Most lump me in with the 'p***k' category, and I can't say they're one hundred percent wrong..." Adrian's tenor voice trailed off as he thought about something for a moment. His eyes focused on the screen and he wrinkled his nose, highlighted a bunch of stuff and deleted it. Now both hands were on the keyboard, fingers flying and pressing the quiet keys rapidly. "I'm working right now, off the clock." It was more of an explanation than anything else. He wasn't going to apologize for being in the middle of something when this one came and sat down. "So. You're not good with people. Awkward or just a d**k?"

Quote: It got a soft, slightly cracking chuckle from Hari, head shaking as he bit at his lower lip and took a sip of his drink, "Gotta love the days you can work outside of your place of employ." God knew he did. Then again, those days he was usually modeling for his dad. "Can't say I see you as a p***k yet." Yet being the operative term. He'd not seen enough of Adrian to class him. Nonetheless, he would accept work as something that required attention. It usually was. Settling back in his chair, one leg crossing over the other, he let his mind drift a bit. Yeah, he wasn't really good with people, but, "Both. I don't beat around the bush when I talk, and it pisses a lot of people off...and I'm not too social to begin with." After all, being a Barista meant just serving, and being a model just meant looking pretty. Not much different. Didn't see him as a p***k yet? Good. He stretched out one of his legs and then continued to type away in a nonstop piece. At this day in age, it was no surprise he could type fast and accurately. He only paused now and then to correct something when his brain got to far ahead of his fingers. "Well, I'm trying not to come off as a p***k, but you can only make people think so much about yourself." Adrian presented himself in a way that was classy and probably a bit too uptight, but in all honesty he wasn't. He just wanted to pick and chose who was in his social circle. "As for you. Honesty is good. Straight to the point is better, but you should adjust your patterns based on the situation and not individual people."
