It was early morning and he didn’t have to be anywhere, he really wasn’t working until Quinn got back to the city, so he was laying across his and Terry’s bed poking about on his airbook checking various things. As he poked at another site Seung was looking at various news sites, a lot of them mentioning the riots going on in Germany.
As he laid there he rolled over deciding to take a break from reading. His glasses perched on his nose, he had gone with a thin wire rimmed round pair today, with his allergies lately he didn’t want to put in his contacts. His eyes had been itching lately and were getting irritated from the rubbing he was doing. His contacts, for the last week, sat untouched in their case in the bathroom.
Perking up when he heard the doorbell, not knowing what it was, he went to get up and almost fell over Yeong who gave him a rather upset look. Apologizing he called out to Terry to get the door for him, since he couldn’t, as he didn’t know anyone else who was home today. It was summer vacation for them but Terry’s parents were still at work, since it was early.

Terry had been downstairs already when the doorbell rang. He had been grabbing some drinks for Seung and himself and was just about ready to head back up to their room but gently set the drinks down on a coffee table by the couches then headed to the door. Opening it up he gave the delivery man a smile and got a smile in return as well as an electronic signature reader. The brunette thanked him and signed off on the machine before handing it back and taking the offered package.
Once the package was secure in his arms he was saying goodbye and closing the door. One look at the name on the package had him curious what his fiance had ordered but he figured he would likely find out soon. “A package arrived for you Seung.” He called out as he walked back into the living room.

Finally getting up and making his way downstairs, without tripping again, the silver haired male sighed. “Arrived sooner than thought it would. Only….a week - not long.” He’d ordered it six, maybe five, days ago he wasn’t sure but knew it wasn’t over a week.
The box was large, no surprise, as he settled himself on the floor by the coffee table. Fixing his glasses while trying to open the box, the slow way as he had no knife or cutter of sorts, he was trying to lift up the edges of the packaging tape and then peel it off...only that took longer and was annoying. Dressed in loose shorts, socks, and a t-shirt he was going for casual and cool rather than anything he’d sweat in.

“Understandable seeing where it came from.” Terry said with a chuckle, having seen it came from South Korea. He stayed standing for a minute after having passed the package over to his fiance and watched as the older man tried to open it with little success. “You know there are easier ways to open that.” He said then went into the kitchen to grab the pair of scissors that was always hanging on the wall by the door. Once that was grabbed he turned back around and brought them over to Seung. “Here, try these.”

“Didn’t go with faster shipping...too much.” Not really, the basic shipping was free, based on how much he’d spent, but the extra six, almost seven, dollars wasn’t something he wanted to pay...and the other option was a lot more expensive, and certainly not something he was willing to pay.
Staring he nodded up at the other, he knew there were easier ways….like the scissors the other brought to him. “Thank you. Should sit down. Or we go back up to your room?” He questioned while already putting one of the scissor blades to good use in opening the box up and slicing down the centerline of the tape. That done he was able to open it with ease.
Reaching up to rub at one of his eyes, his left one, he nearly knocked his glasses off. Between his right and his left eye it seemed the one most affected by his allergies was the left, it itched more and worse typically, and it really was starting to bother him. He was even wearing a mask when he went out and he was still suffering from them.

He could believe it, shipping from other countries did tend to be a bit pricer at times, though depending on how much Seung had spent it was possible that there were discounts for said shipping. “You’re welcome. Either way works for me, is whatever you got meant to stay down here somewhere or go upstairs?” That would be an easy enough way to decide if they should just head on up right away.
When he saw his fiance rubbing at his eyes he winsed in sympathy. “Do we still have the eye drops upstairs? That might help the itching?” They had started keeping some eyedrops upstairs in the bathroom cabinet but he wasn’t sure what all made much of a difference for Seung.

“Up in the bathroom, running out of products for face.” And since the routine he went by was once in the morning and once before bed, with some variation, he could run out of things in a fairly short amount of time. It was best to order before he ran out, since shipping took time, it was just a shame they didn’t carry such things here - in Destiny City. Back home these things were so easy to come by, here...no one knew the name brands.
“Think so...might have misplaced. Couldn’t find them earlier.” Since they did seem to help. Otherwise he’d taken to using a water bottle and pressing it over his eye and blinking water into his eye when he tipped the bottle. “Pollen isn’t good today.” Some days it wasn’t so bad...other days it was a nightmare. He had, thus far, kept inside when they got their lawn cut by the lawn care company - the cut grass sent pollen up into the air which made things worse for him on those days.

“Well then we might as well move upstairs then hmm?” Terry said then held out his hand for Seung to take to help him up off the floor. “Misplaced?” He repeated, raising an eyebrow. “Do you want me to look for it while you take care of your products or should I run to the store to get more?” The brunette hated that the pollen hit Seung so hard but there was only so much he could do to help the other.

“I’ll put things away - we can go out together. Maybe see if more needed in the kitchen.” If they should do some proper grocery shopping as well. It wouldn’t be too bad getting out of the house anyway, a break was nice, and he had a mask he could wear to limit the pollen for himself...and cover up any sneezing he’d do. He knew Terry felt for him, he felt for himself, but some things couldn’t be helped. At least he didn’t react to pollen like he did with nuts and peanuts - that would be a nightmare.
“Can check kitchen together and bathroom - see if needing things for anyone.” Since he still didn’t know everyone that was liked by each member of the family, though he had a good idea at this point. Some things did come up as a seasonal thing. Foods prefered in the summer or the winter..ect.

Terry gave Seung a look over to see just how bad his allergies were bothering him then nodded. “Alright sounds good. How about you put your products away while I check the bathrooms then we can check the kitchen together?” He offered up with a small smile. Their first priority will be to get Seung some meds and eyedrops but beyond that a little shopping wouldn’t hurt. And they could always pick something up for dinner as well while they were out.

Nodding his head in agreeance he went to go and do that. He’d gotten what he’d needed, though he still had some product remaining, so his draw in the bathroom wound up a bit stuffed, as he moved about the bathroom checking things and also grabbing his face mask. He did use a cup filled with cold water on his eyes to handle the itching - for now.
Stepping out of the bathroom he headed down to the kitchen, figuring Terry to already be down there, he went to check on what they might need. It was when dinner was mentioned that he glanced over to the other. “IDeas on what for dinner or ask everyone?” They could text and see what everyone wanted and pick up several things, if that was what people wanted - he didn’t mind. His allergies might not be pleased..but he’d manage.

As Seung went to put away his products, Terry went to grab a small notepad and a pen so he could keep track of anything needed. Once it was in hand he went around the bathrooms making notes of any products that were low or just plain empty. It didn’t take him long do he was indeed in the kitchen before Seung and he gave his fiance a smile. “No idea’s here, might as well ask everyone to see if they have a preference. Speaking of, do you have any preference for tonight?”
Quote:
He always had a preference, he prefered Korean food, but he did try other foods as often as he could. He did do his best to not be so cliche and go for the obvious, and it really was obvious, and this afternoon was one of those times he shook his head. He’d let Terry pick something. “Surprise me...something new maybe?” Trying new things was always good...right? At least most of the time, that time trying barbeque had not been good. “Something light..too hot for heavy food.” Other than that it was up to Terry.
After saying that he went to get his own phone and text out to Terry’s parents and Matt to ask what they wanted for dinner, not mentioning what he and Terry were getting and not just because he didn’t know. He didn’t want them basing their choices on their choice, which had yet to be made.
“Anything from store we need to get for everyone?”

“Anything from store we need to get for everyone?”
Terry gave a hum in acknowledgement and a nod. He would have to think on it a bit, remember what Seung had tried before now, but he could probably come up with something easily enough. “I’ll think of something then, at the very least by the time we are in the store.” He chuckled and made a few notes on the notepad for some of the other food items they would need to get such as juice. “Just a few things, Matt’s out of his shampoo, Mom’s low on hair spray, things like that.” There wasn’t much to the shopping list even adding in the food items so they shouldn’t take too long at the store. “Anything else you need to add?”
Quote:
Taking the time, since the texts were sent out, to check around he shook his head. He tended to keep himself stocked up on things from the asian supermarket, since it wasn’t a place Terry’s family went to, Seung too the time to drop by and stock up regularly. “All good for me.” It seemed like it would be a quick trip then, which wasn’t bad, he was hoping it wouldn’t be too long a trip out if he was being honest. He wanted out of the house...just not for too long where his allergies got the best of him.
“Should go then. I sent texts to the others about dinner.” He’d let Terry know when he heard back from them….speaking of which his phone was already buzzing. Unlocking the screen he opened his texts and let Terry see the reply - his mother. She had, since finding out her children and future son-in-law were knights, been making sure they ate well and took care of themselves. She also didn’t like it when they came home hurt, it was very odd being an adult and being grounded….very odd.
He wasn’t surprised she had replied quickly, or that she had asked about them and what they were getting - not surprised at all.

He had just finished making the notes when Seung showed him the text from his Mom. “Send her one back letting her know we have us covered and yes it will be enough, filling, and nutritional.” He said with an amused look on his face. Not that he could blame her for worrying about them after finding out about them. “I’m done here so let’s get going.” He tucked the pad and pen into his pocket then headed towards the door. “Do you want to drive or shall I?”
Quote:
She always worried about that, that they got what they needed from their food. One had to wonder if she didn’t read nutrition books just to make sure they were well taken care of. She really was diligent in watching over them, and what they ate. Tapping out the response to Terry’s mother he hit send and sent a reply to the next text which came in.
“Umm...I can.” He had his license so no reason he shouldn’t, or couldn’t, he just relied more on public transportation as he was rather used to it. If he was going long distance, or where it would cost more, than he’d use a car but normally he went with the public transportation system...though it was a bit lacking at times.

“Alright, then let’s get going so we can hurry up and get you the eyedrops.” Terry said with a smile. He then lead them outside, locked up the house then passed the keys over to Seung. “Let me know if you want to switch drivers though if you think your eyes are too bad alright?” He asked then pressed a kiss to Seung’s lips.
Quote:
Laughing softly, Terry really thinking more than he was about the eye drops, he nodded his head once. Terry seemed more concerned than he did, and he was the one suffering, he really wished he could pluck out his eyeballs and put them into a cup of cold water. As it was though he was left rubbing at his eyes again, moving his glasses up in order to do so.
Returning the affection his head nodded. “I will, should be good though.” At least he hoped so, he really did.
Climbing into the driver's side, waiting for Terry to get in, he started up the car and buckled himself in.
