P4: FES - The Golden Presents..."Persona 5: FES - The Phantom Thieves and the City of the Sun"(A New Persona 5 Role-Play within the P4:FES - The Golden World!)
Present Day It's been two months since the Phantom Thieves began to fade from the public consciousness and the truth about the Psychotic Breakdown Murders came to light...Representative Masayoshi Shido has been imprisoned and at long last, the hero who saved the country was released from prison to return to his friends and the normal life that for so long had seemed to elude him. The legacy of the Phantom Thieves, however, remain...even as their memory and very existence seem to be fading into memory. The past year had left Tokyo reeling...between the psychotic breakdowns, the death of the Emperor, the rise of the Phantom Thieves, and the sudden election and the fall of the man who would have been Prime Minister, it seemed as though it might be on the brink of hopelessness and ruin...but against all odds, the Phantom Thieves succeeded in restoring Hope to the hopeless, justice to the society that rejected them, and truth to the darkness that had long been forgotten. They had won their unfair game against all odds, and defeated the true enemy behind it all...and their story, at least for now, is now comfortably within its epilogue...for now.
But nearly two months ago as well, during a night when the Phantom Thieves made their most shocking announcement and declaration of rebellion against then-candidate Shido, near the end of the tale of the Phantom Thieves, another story was only just beginning...a story of lost hope, of rejection, and of finding solace and belonging in one another. A story of fighting against the injustice of society and finding others who share your aesthetic...a story of a new set of Phantom Thieves who rebel against corruption. But their enemy was not Shido, nor was it a god seeking Control and Domination. Their enemy was hidden in plain sight, a hero and a villain of the highest order...and the ruler of the greatest single Palace that has been or will likely ever be.
This is the story of how these dark heroes and heroines set foot out of the shadows and into the City of the Sun...and together, brought down a great man who fancied himself a God.
This is the story of 'Illa Phasmas'...the second coming of the Phantom Thieves.

P4: FES - The Golden Presents..."Persona 5: FES - The Phantom Thieves and the City of the Sun"(End of Prologue...)
Present Day Two months have passed since that fateful day in October when Shiori Niko, Narumi Chell, and Usaji Azai awakened to their Personas in that holding cell at the Shibuya Police Department. Their ill fortune at one man's overzealous attempt to apprehend the Phantom Thieves landing them in that cell had been more than offset by their accidental introduction into the world known as the Metaverse and the discovery of their rebellious spirits, the Persona. In the time that has passed since then, Masayoshi Shido's heart has changed, he has been tried and he has been convicted of many of the crimes to which he has already confessed. A lesser-known story that took place in the same time frame was the sudden confession of crimes by Officer Norio Ogasawara, a hero police from the streets of Shibuya, mostly flew under the radar with news about the fallen Prime Minister and the strange ignorance of the people towards what that meant occupying the general consciousness. It was all a bit weird, the trio f newly-awakened Persona-users thought, but in the days that came after, stranger things were afoot...
...But strangely, these happenings went unnoticed by the trio of newly-awakened Persona-users. The encroachment of Mementos into the real world and the rise of the God of Control Jaldabaoth were perhaps unnaturally hidden from their sight, and the final battle of the first Phantom Thieves, "La Memoire", slipped under the radar of their spiritual successors. Time passed as normal for them, and though the Metaverse App faded from the phones and the Metaverse itself seemed to have disappeared to their predecessors, Shiori, Saji, and Chell's Apps remained. A series of strange occurrences that were, to the trio, not all that strange for they had no point of reference to notice the changes...and what might have alerted them to it remained hidden. And so it was that on Halloween Eve, unknown to the members of "Illa Phasmas", the original Phantom Thieves defeated a God of Control...and the mantle of the 'Phantom Thieves' passed on, unofficially, to them. And the story of the Metaverse, of Personas and Shadows, and of gods and men toying with the hearts of others...became their own.

Nearly one month later, on the 1st of December, unknown to many and the new Phantom Thieves, a young man was released from an unjust imprisonment. But the new Phantom Thieves were more concerned with the fact that not a single major Palace seemed to have appeared in the days since their battle against the 'Vigilante Hunter'. They remembered the struggle, the feeling of contentment and satisfaction that changing an evil man's heart and forcing him to confess to his crimes had given them...and together with the adults on their side, they continued to await the opportunity to use their new talents once more. They remembered their unjust imprisonment, and the indignant anger they felt that day, and the defeated look on the face of that abnormally large teen as he was hauled into the cell as they were escorted out by Mado-sensei...and if they could help others like that, to be free of unjust oppression, to give them hope...they knew that they had to do it. Just like the Phantom Thieves before them...

Nearly two weeks have passed since that day now, and with the memory of "La Memoire" beginning to fade just a bit from the public consciousness, and with their frustration at the latency of their powers and their desire to change society growing by the day, "Illa Phasmas" resolve to look for new means of obtaining targets...
...
They say that even today the PhanSite still receives requests from those who wish for a change of heart to save them.
...
Time resumes...and the Game Begins once more...

*~::Time Progression in Persona 5: The City of the Sun::~*
[Describing How the Days Will Pass in 'The City of the Sun'']
In order to keep the plot moving forward and to move past any lulls in the action, the days will progress through their many stages at a somewhat random, but fixed manner. What this means is that during the RP, at any time when there is a lull in the action, or the day naturally begins to progress into a later stage [say Early Morning before school into Morning during classes], the day will advance. Sometimes it may even skip a stage or two, depending on the day's plans.
When this happens, please react accordingly, and feel free to fill in the details later as to what you were doing in the minor time-skip. Usually it will be something obvious, of course, like sitting in class or sleeping, but sometimes you may do something else, depending on who and how you are. It's really up to you how you play it, just keep an eye out for the time progression!
When the time is about to progress, I will make a post within a quote box which states that the day has progressed.

Friday Morning... December 14, 2012. It is a windy Friday with scattered snowflakes expected this evening, and Christmas and the dead of the cold season creep ever-closer, looming over the lives of the residents of Tokyo.
It's been two months since the last major 'Change of Heart' incident, and Illa Phasmas grow restless...but something interesting happened last night that may give them a lead on their next big job. The Phantom Thieves Aficionado Website, aka the "PhanSite", reopened its 'Change of Heart' Request Forum and already, the requests are trickling in. Most who make their requests do so knowing that the Phantom Thieves are likely either disbanded or a myth...but for those whose desperate situations drive them to make such a pained request, the least those with the power can do is read the requests and consider them.
One request, in particular, catches a team member's eye...
...Perhaps the time has come for the inert new Phantoms to move once more?
