Ends: July 31st, 11:59pm MSTDragons and Aquatics didn't all agree with their monarch's decisions to leave their hiding spots. How did these ponies feel when the announcement was made to their people that they'd be leaving? Tell us about these ponies, and their thoughts on the matter!

Personality: Phosphen had never been one to follow rules which often led to himself getting in trouble. A bored troubled youth who wanted to do things his way and on his terms not because his parent, teachers, elders, or monarchs told him to do so. He's stubborn, doesn't take advice well and has a great deal of growing up yet to do, but on the upside he's kind, passionate, daring, and doesn't push his will onto others. He believes everyone should be free to live the way that they want to and that no one else should be able to interfere with that.
[Named Phosphen after Phosphenes a visual effect that happens when pressure is put on the eye and you can see rings of color. It's the reason why we see shapes and color after our eyes are closed and that's what this pony reminds me of.]
Thoughts on Leaving: Phosphen never much cared to be told what to do which included staying hidden with the rest of their race. He's restless and once the decision was made that they as a race would be rejoining society he couldn't wait to bolt straight off the mountain. It wasn't until he took a break from flying as far away as he could get from his birthplace did he realize he was also being told what to do again. Stay hidden, no, now rejoin society. It all was a bunch of crap. He had to find a place where no one could tell him what to do, so again he took off this time in search for a place just like that.

Personality: This one loves a challenge! From out-swimming a dangerous undersea beast to performing aquatic dance moves, he never backs down. Self-assured in his abilities to overcome every obstacle in his path he can sometimes find himself in trouble. With such pride in his actions asking for help or admitting a fault can be difficult for him and will often cause his mood to drop rapidly. He'll find himself snippy and sulking, until his problems have been solved, then he's back to his spunky self.
Thoughts on Leaving: Of course, he took it as a new opportunity to meet new challengers. All of which he'd defeat effortlessly! Surely no pony could match his swimming speed, his dancing, his bravery! But he was grumpy during the travel, too prideful to admit he was nervous, perhaps scared, to be exposed to such a vast new world.

Personality: Like the magma that traces her skin, this matron is hard and cool on the surface, with fiery passion boiling underneath. She is mature, patient, and warmhearted.
Thoughts on Leaving: A younger [Lava]
would have leapt at the notion of being able to leave the hiding her people were in. An older her has grown to see the side of the older generations– staying hidden meant less risk.
She's leaving in order to help look after younger dragons, to try to temper their impulsivity and to add another voice to the chorus of newcomers.
