What Happened: The argument began long ago. The girls don't really remember what about, but their friends are happy to tell the story... in an oddly synchronized way.
"So, they were going to meet up for tea one day, and both kind of fell for the same guy. They made a promise to stay out of each others' way and flipped a coin to see who would approach him."
'Well, Lysha won the coin toss, so she went and said hi and... well, let's say things got 'frisky' for a while. the two spent less and less time together, and then we didn't see Coral Ribbons very often either.'
"We just figured coral'd found another squeeze."
'So, after a few months, we got to talking to each of them and tried to get some information. It took a while, but... Apparently that stallion was leadin' both of 'em on!'
"And three others! Including a mare with her own special somepony!"
'They refused to talk to each other for a while, 'till I called up Coral a while ago to let her know I saw the boy leadin' a new filly around. Just barely an adult, that one.'
"And I saw him with an eldermare later that same evening! He was just all over 'em both!"
'So Lysha said we could pass along the proverbial olive branch, y'know? I hear they're going for tea again this weekend, at their fave spot... Swore off stallion-gazing though.'
"Can't say I blame 'em for both going for the candy in the bowl, though. The guy had a nice fin."
'Wait, YOU went with him TOO!? I thought we made a deal!'
"Oops..." <,<
