Hobbies: Let Me Stitch You Up (Playing Nurse): While the ability doesn't present itself often, Medi likes being able to play nurse and exercise her almost
archaic medical knowledge. Her forte is bandaging and stitching, as those are basic and practical skills that she likes to practice on the makeshift dolls she builds.
Trinket and Doll Collecting: Though she doesn't leave the comforts of the Rift very often, Medi likes to collect things that remind her of her human days. Scalpel and stethoscopes tend to be her favorite but she'll also pick up scraps of clothing in order to build makeshift dolls. Sometimes she'll pick up actual toy dolls and they line the walls of her cave that she plays with when she gets too lonely.
Virtues: Girls Run the World (Feminist-tic): Medi is all about female-empowerment and believes that there's nothing a woman (or female-identifying person) can't do. Encouraging to her lady friends, she thinks that they're capable of
anything.
Not on Your Own (Helpful): While her friends are few and far between (if there are any), Medi does like to help people when she's able. If she's in the vicinity she's the first to respond as long as it doesn't conflict with her personal wants or beliefs.
Flaws: Girls Run the World (Sexist): Medi has a contempt for the male-gender and believes that anything a man can do, women can do better. Overall she finds them to be relatively incompetent and useless and shows disdain for them right off the bat. It's hard to get her to change her opinion in the long run and she's inclined to be snooty towards men and male-identifying.
Won't Look Me in the Eye (Coy/Reclusive): With a tendency to keep to herself, Medi has a difficult time adjusting to new people and will grow quiet in the presence of someone she doesn't know. Sometimes, she'll remove herself from the situation completely. All in all, it appears that she's not fond of company unless they manage to get past her
mean look.
Abilities:Gorgon's Gaze: When she wills it, Medi's eyes can glaze over and, when this gaze meets directly with another's, it can temporarily paralyze her opponent/target in question for an upwards of 15 seconds, unless agreed otherwise.
Afterwards, her prey will slowly regain their motor abilities (albeit, they may be feeling a little stiff) and can escape.
Snake Bite: Along with her tangled mess of hair snakes, Medi can produce a venom from her fangs that, if injected in her bite, will cause a burning pain throughout the infected area. It's up to the player's discretion whether or not this pain is accompanied by nausea or other sickness brought on by the bite, but the duration of the venom's pain will last between 30-45 seconds.
