As the day continued on, Aiden started to see that there was something going on that wasn't right. Every so often a group would form, one that acted pretty secretive and the people around them were following their example, money would be exchanged and then the group would disburse. Now Aiden wasn't a police officer or a detective, but it wasn't hard to figure out that something was going one that might not be completely legal with how they were reacting. The problem was, was it just normal things that could be handled by police or was it something else that needed a
Hunter to intervene? He decided to wait a little while longer to decide just what was the case.
Waiting however had it's set backs as it meant that more people had time to join in the weird behavior. There had been multiple people that he had to go out and 'save' from shallow water when they were convinced that they would drown if they tried to swim back on their own, and one of those people licked his cheek while he was doing so saying that they were hungry and that he smelled good.
Finally he got his answer if a Hunter was needed instead of regular police as a man on the beach that had been acting as weird as the other's collapsed and coughed up a candy after he had needed to be restrained as he had what looked like a seizure. It wasn't that long ago that Aiden had been carrying those same types of candies in his pockets to feed the minipet fish in the pavilions, at least the VR version of him anyway, so he recognized it quickly. Someone had been supplying Fear Candy to normal humans.

Select one or several or all from these prompts:
- A group of people are acting oddly, they appear jumpy and nervous, even in the light of day.
- You notice groups forming and breaking up regularly, and people acting secretive nearby. You glimpse money changing hands at least once.
- Someone has what looks at first like a seizure on the beach. They cough up what looks like a half eaten candy onto the sand. Touching it, you realize it's something very like the FEAR candies that get fed to minipets.
- Several times you're called out to rescue people stranded on rocks in shallow water, who refuse to swim back themselves out of fear that they will drown.
