Houri was not sure how she was going to ask Bone Marrow this question she wanted to ask. it was something she didn't put much thought into when she had made the decision that she was going to find a strong rouge male to have cubs with while on the exploration. giving a deep sigh she should of prepared herself more instead of just getting it in her head that she would wing it. she then gave him a look as she tried to decide what she was going to do about the situation she was getting herself into. if only she had thought farther ahead about things then she would be seen as acting like a moron right now. ether way after having chatted with him this long she decided in her head that she would force herself to ask him about having cubs since he seemed suitable. plus she knew she would raise her cubs strong.
Karji just stuck his tongue out at her for giving him a look and seeming to be acting all weird. "you should just get whatever it is off your chest. your giving me such weird looks I think I am going to have to run off scared." laughing, he decided to make light of the situation since it was clear she was being weird over something. he gave a look of couriousity as he wondered why in the world she would act like this. "so what is it that's on your mind." shaking his head he had no clue what she had in mind to ask him and had he known he might of seconded guessed poking her to speak her mind.
she gave a long sigh and decided to just follow through and ask. " in my pride I am related to a huge portion of them and I would prefer not end up having a distant relative having kids with me. so I decided to take advantage of getting to go out in the rouge lands and find a suitable male to sire cubs with me." Houri was glad so far that it seemed he was not yet seeing her as weird just yet. "you probably think this is weird of me to do." she was almost regretting this decision to do this whole thing in the first place but she was not going to half start something then back out. she was determined to bring in new blood into the pride by having cubs outside of it. "and trust me those who are rouges that join find mates rather quickly so its actually very hard to find a suitable mate that isn't somehow related."
Karji was shocked at first and it took him a few moments to gather his thoughts. wrinkling his nose in thought, he was not sure how to react in this situation. it wasn't everyday someone decided to go 'hey have cubs with me that you will never get to see or know about so that I can bring in new blood into my pride'. " you sure don't beat around the bush do you." with what she said about her pride it wasn't too shocking that she would take a opportunity to try to have cubs with someone none related. "give me a good reason why you would decided to pick me when you hardly even know anything about me. then maybe just maybe I will conceder it."
" i'll be blunt then." she was glad it seemed he would conceder siring cubs he would never know. " your coloration for one is of acceptable coloration in the pride. I would never allow myself to bare what we huri cubs that are not of acceptable coloration. you also don't look like you cant fight even though you hardly look like you fight ever." it was clear she had no issues just telling him flat out her two reasons for picking him. eyeing him, she wondered now what he thought of her bluntness.
Karji started to chuckle. "really that is all? well then...." a cocky smirk was on his face. "I think you make it way too easy." not that he was looking for a challenge at the moment but he felt she was being a little easy. " if your are that settled on baring cubs with me then I suppose it wouldn't be the worst to agree to." he did not really know his own father so he held no issues with not knowing any cubs that might come from this one night stand if it were to happen. plus he really wasn't the fatherly type anyways and had not really cared to have any in the first place.
Houri almost smacked him hard across the face but decided against it. after all he just agreed to siring cubs with her which she didn't want to mess up." oh don't think I will be that easy. there is one more thing I didn't tell you." a smirk was now on her face as he gave her a 'what do you mean' look. "you will have to prove you are worthy of siring cubs with me by beating me in a fight. if you can do that then we can move on with the agreement if you are serious about this like I am." standing up she moved away from him to get ready to spar if he were willing.
"you got yourself an agreement Houri." grinning he was finding having left his pride to adventure for a little had been a grand idea. after all he was now rather happy he had come across Houri. he wouldn't be having this much fun other wise. "so when shall we begin?" standing tall, he felt he could take her even though it was clear as day that she could handle her own with no issues. ether way it was his pride that was going to make him try to win this spar instead of winning to give her what she wanted. though if he was more responsible or cared more, he probably wouldn't be so agreeable to this at all.
Houri was pleased that he was being so agreeable and it was a major relief as well. though after this all was said and done she would later have other things to deal with at home when it was found out she was having cubs not only by herself but with a rouge. "right here right now. I only have so much time before my group will wonder where I have gone." she could only hope that she had not been gone too long or she was going to be in some trouble with her father and uncle upon he return to the group and not just them ether.
