Takamizawa wouldn't admit to himself that he felt a bit nervous. It was the first time he was actually, for real, patrolling by himself. And although his last patrol partner had just been a magical cat, it had been better than no one at all. However, he tried not to focus on how he felt, but rather what was around him and trying to feel Negaverse auras every now and then.
It was a nice summer day, which was unusual. Usually the humidity would be making outside practically unbearable unless one was half-naked, which he would have gladly gone, no one would have objected to it after all, but he knew that the only way to stay powered would be with the magical outfit on, and it was the only way he could sense other auras too.
So, he was wandering around the park, not really sure where he actually should be patrolling to find the most agents, but figured that if they were draining people, and it was such a nice day out, that eventually he might run into an agent around here. He just felt a bit silly standing on the rooftops for anyone to see if they just happened to look or be high enough.

There was a senshi out and about tonight.
Paracelsian felt the aura, a pinpoint of brightness in the distance. His hands tensed; he was obliged to intercept this one. He was in the mood to step things up just a bit; he wasn't quite ready to rip his first starseed, but if there was any resistance at all to a polite draining request, he would be open to some fisticuffs. He needed to work out a little tension.
He spotted the senshi on a rooftop and took a somewhat roundabout approach. Once he was about one rooftop away, he waved casually. "Greetings, senshi," he said. He was going to keep it simple to start.
Kami had felt the aura, and hadn't really gone to look as it seemed to feel him at the same time and had come closer. So close that the agent had gone a rooftop away and casually greeted him. Kami raised an eyebrow. No agent had been this polite to him so far, though that one Captain had been nice to give him a warning at least.
As much as he liked a fight, he also didn't like to do it when the stakes were so high, as it was usually when it came to any Negaverse agent. After all, they were taking civilians' life force away for some reason that he did not know. And if he was unable to stop an agent, then that meant there would be more than just failure as the punishment.
And so he wasn't too sure what this agent was up too, but so far none of the ones he had met with had been up to any good, and so he was mentally ready in case the other decided to suddenly attack. "Hello... agent." He wasn't sure what to call them. He could do it by rank of course, but sometimes it was a bit hard for him to tell what rank they were.

Paracelsian doffed his cap politely. "Nice enough night, wouldn't you say? I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot of people powered up and patrolling." Not that he had felt any thus far, but the night was still young. He took a careful hop over to the senshi's rooftop, coming closer but not too much so. "Let's get down to business. There's a few ways this could go. You could donate some energy, and I would be on my way. Or you could make this difficult for me and take up time for both of us. What'll it be?" He clenched one fist, ready to summon his stupid little toothpaste tube if necessary. Hey, the edges could leave a nasty scratch.
Kami rolled his eyes. What was with these agents? Though at least this time this guy was at least making some conversation before doing the whole 'beating' thing, unlike last time where it was just a guy who seemed to be mad at the world. Honestly.
He looked back at the agent. "Unfortunately, my pride wouldn't allow me to just give up and roll over on my back like a dog. So, we're going to have to do this the hard way." He was going to fight, and even if he didn't win, at least he could say he ran because otherwise he would be killed, rather than he was afraid to fight in the first place.
And with that, Kami stepped a bit farther away from the building's edge. If the agent had to come over, then Kami wanted to be ready for it.

"Who said you're giving up? It's just a simple transaction. You donate, I head off. But if this is really how you want to do this..." Paracelsian opened his fist, and his stupid little toothpaste tube materialized. "Don't laugh. You won't have time to." With the corners of the tube pointing towards his target, he lunged towards Kami with a shout, ready to mark up his face or wherever he happened to hit. It was time to get serious. If he emerged with a few bruises, it would just be more proof that he was actually doing something as a member of the Negaverse. Proving himself, at this point, was becoming important.
"As much as I would like to believe it would be that simple, I haven't had any reason yet to trust you agents, so I doubt it would have just been taking some of my energy and running." Sachio replied, getting in position to fight. He had been surprised though when the agent actually summoned his weapon. He knew that Lieutenants really didn't have 'weapons' so why summon it? A tube of toothpaste would give a few bruises at most, maybe a few small holes.
Sachio wasn't intimidated.
Sachio barely managed to dodge though, and was happy that his uniform pretty much covered all of him except his face. It would be a lot harder for agents such as this to get a hit on his arms or chest when it was covered. "Right then." Sachio said, twisting to the side before turning back to his opponent and swinging his arm out, hand shaped into a fist, aimed at the agent's shoulder.

"Fair enough." Being the One Agent that asked politely didn't always work out, it seemed. Given that he hadn't quite hit the mark, Paracelsian wasn't sure why he didn't expect to get hit back. He staggered from the blow, clutching his shoulder. "Forget it," he mumbled, and promptly de-summoned his tube of toothpaste. There wasn't even that much to scrape on this guy. For a senshi, he was surprisingly well "armored," so to speak. With his hands free, he balled his hands into fists and gave a wild swing at Sachio, aiming for the face. Maybe body blows would have been more successful, but rattling the head could work too.
Kami acknowledged, in his head only, that he was glad, for the agent's sake, that the other had dismissed their 'weapon'. Honestly, a tube of toothpaste really just looked more pathetic than anything, and Kami was glad that the other was now really trying to fight.
Unfortunately for Kami, the fist was aimed straight at his head, and all he could do was dodge and step back a bit, trying to get a bit of distance. He hoped his attack would work on the agent, or at least that the agent would be a bit distracted by it, and made a slicing motion with his hand, while saying "Surgeon's Cut." Whether it would hurt and the agent would think twice about fighting with him, or it just made the agent angry, Kami didn't really have a choice now did he?
Surgeon's Cut Focusing on a target, Kami makes a slicing motion with his hand as if holding a scalpel. Down the middle of the of the target's chest a thin line appears and it feels as if they are being cut open for surgery. Feels like getting cut by a knife (player can choose pain amount, on a scale of 1-10, between 1-3 on the scale). Line remains for 25 seconds and can be used 3 times in battle.

When the punch whiffed, Paracelsian got a sinking feeling. When the senshi made his gesture and uttered his magic words, however, the sinking feeling transformed into a flash of incredible shock. The line forming on his chest didn't hurt much, maybe just like a quick paper cut mishap, but the sensation of being cut open made him freeze. He put his right hand to his chest, expecting to hit an opening; though there was none, he was stunned by what he was feeling. "This, this is..." The words "senshi magic" failed to escape his mouth. "Unbelievable." Paracelsian stared at Kami for a moment, his eyes wide. In this moment, he thought he understood why the Negaverse wanted to wipe out white moon senshi so badly. A magic that could make someone feel like this had to be worse than alien. A rush of bizarre feelings were surging through him, and he knew he needed to get out of there before the situation worsened.
"I'll let you have this one, senshi. Your magic is... it's something, all right. I imagine something like this will make you a target for future Negaverse attacks. Watch your step." Still clutching his chest, Paracelsian backed away, then took off running. If the senshi pursued, that would be up to him, but right now he really needed to escape.
Kami watched as the agent went away, making sure that he wouldn't come back for a second round, before relaxing a bit. That battle was... easier than he thought it would be, but he knew that didn't happen often, and he would have to keep his guard up, especially if that agent went back and put a nice target on him.
He sighed, and started back towards his house, powering down a bit aways so that he wouldn't be attacked again.
