This incontrovertibly makes Nougyō’ personality one that chooses to please others, giving him a extremely obedient disposition about him, creating a docile appearance that he portrays to others. With a mannerly attitude and sophisticated set of manners, Nougyō almost passes himself off as a pacifist, doing anything in his power to prevent himself from hurting others with his powers, showing aside of himself that places the welfare of others before himself.
Nougyō for the better part can be seen as an ordinary….Doll with an unusually high level of anxieties and fears aimed to virtually everything and anything that can and will hurt him, possessing a legitimate fear of the unknown and situations in which he may find himself in incredible danger. Stemming from living a life in which he has no recollection of who once was or who he even is, Nougyō has a variety of phobias aimed toward many things, from simple things such as spiders and snakes to irrational fears such as heights and the dark. This makes Nougyō an unimaginable coward that avoids any type of confrontation or interaction with others, be it social or confrontational in battle. However, for the most part, he can be seen as a genuinely kind hearted...Doll that does care about the safety of others rather than his own, it makes him much kinder than most ordinary people. Gentle and caring, he always chooses the peaceful path rather than simply jumping to violence, always fleeing whenever things get to serious or a fight is going to erupt, showing a pacifistic side of him that prefers to talk things through first and leaving violence as a last resort. The vast majority of the time, Nougyō has anxiety attacks that pertains to even the smallest things, always resorting to the counting of a 180 bead necklace he keeps in his pocket to calm himself down whenever he finds himself having his recurring panic attacks.
This naturally makes him very compassionate and gentle hearted to a fault, downright refusing to attack a downed opponent or assault those weaker than himself, or drag innocent people that have nothing to do with his endeavor in his battles, almost always being concerned about whether or not someone will get hurt. However, his most notable feature can be found in his reluctance to use the full scope of his latent abilities to their maximum capacity, harboring an intense fear of what he can do if he ever lost control to his "savage" impulses.

This magic can be compared to the process known as Positive Feedback which occurs in a feedback loop in which the effects of a small disturbance on a system include an increase in the magnitude of the perturbation. That is, A produces more of B which in turn produces more of A. A simple magic such as Fire magic could easily match or even potentially outclass a Fire-type Slayer's flames for example. ╯Magic Hat » Hat Trick:A simple trick in which the user is able to place their hand into their hat and pull out simple objects, such as a bouquet of flowers, balloons or a regular walking cane. Though the user isn't limited to pulling out regular items; they are also able to use the trick to pull out weapons, such as swords and revolvers. An interesting note is that the hat can stretch to accommodate large objects when pulling them out, showing the hat able to adjust the size of its opening. It can be a useful spell as it gives the user the ability to conjure almost anything that they can imagine, though the items are limited to only things that they themselves can hold and wield, and cannot be complex items that have elaborate parts. » Bullet Catch:By holding their hat directly in front of the path of a projectile, the user is able to draw in the attack by pulling it in through the opening. It doesn't seem that this ability is limited to the size of the attack, as the hat can effectively "suck" in the energy from the magic, shrinking it down so that it can pass easily into the hat. What becomes of the spell once inside the hat is unknown, the user can summon the spell back out towards a target for later use. » Indian's Rope:From their hat, the user can summon a series of long, golden ropes that will immediately wrap themselves around a specific target or targets, instantly rendering them unable to move. These targets are tethered to the hat and the user has the ability to retract the ropes to bring in their targets. » Metamorphosis:A spell that shows that the hat can conjure not only inanimate objects, but living creatures, as well. Through the same process as the Hat Trick spell, the user can bring forth living animals to do their bidding. These animals tend to be wild beasts that are used to attack the user's opponents, but do not possess any magical ability themselves. » Card Flourish:By pointing the opening of their hat towards their targets, the user is able to unleash a large flurry of razor sharp playing cards that fly through the air at great speeds. These cards are sharp enough to rend through sturdy materials, such as wood and even stone, and capable of dealing tremendous, if not lethal, damage against the user's targets. These cards aren't limited to flying in a straight line as the user is capable of controlling their trajectory through hand gestures. » Twister: From their hat, the user can conjure up streams of wind that take the shape of a small tornado to completely sweep up his targets and send them into the air. The size of this twister can vary, but the user is able to increase it through sheer will so that it could attack flying airships or take out large groups.
