Clyde reached out to Vanessa. She was patient. Quiet but supportive. But he felt so sick.
Did he remember? He did but his mind was a fog. So foggy. Was this what death felt like? No, not today. He remembered butterflies.
Where was he? What was the dusk? This wasn't the real world. It wasn't the island.
He ran, he tried to escape. Something followed him.
