Fai had messaged him a day ago to let him know that he would be taking on helping a small child senshi - a chibi senshi. He, like Fai, found it odd that in an English speaking society they used two japanese words when describing the little ones and a single Japanese word for the older fighters who were on the white moons side...people like Fai. It wasn’t something which bothered either of them however, just amused and peaked curiosity in them. He’d agreed once the other explained things to him, though he had mentioned that he didn’t think anything could be found in hapkido either...at least not at his level anyway. It simply wasn’t what the style focused on.
However, he did agree to meet her and see who this little one was. He had an idea...but he’d need to speak with her first before arranging anything further. He also had someone else to check with...someone he hadn’t talked to in a while, and it felt odd to go seeking him out now….but they would hopefully understand and agree - he could hope...right?
With things between himself and Terry...new in a way, and yet not, he had let the other know where he was going and that he wouldn’t be long. He had, when they had reconnected after a few weeks apart, told the other he’d communicate things between...not hide things and let the other know what he was doing. It was only because Terry wasn’t in shape to go out, yet, that he went out on his own to see Ellicott. If he didn’t want Terry on bed rest he’d have brought the other with him, without a doubt, though sneaking out past Terry’s parents (especially his mother) was no easy task. That woman since finding out about the two of them. And Matt, had gotten really protective and he was pretty sure they were grounded...and he was breaking it. He could only hope when he returned she would understand, as he would explain everything to her.
Tapping his right foot on the ground his arms were crossed over his chest, defined upper arms prickled with goosebumps from the light chill in the air. She was due here soon...if not now, he wasn’t carrying any form of clock on him at the moment. Looking down to his right hand his dark eyes focused on the ring he wore there. It wasn’t uncommon for him to wear rings, earrings (several), and a necklace or two or a necklace and choker - always a necklace though. The partner to the necklace circled Terry’s neck and kept the two of them connected in an emotional way that some would envy while others would run from, he liked it personally.

She was nervous as she slipped into the shadows just a short distance from the designated meeting place. She hadn't wanted to traverse the city as a beacon to anyone who knew what to look for so as she calmed her racing heart she quickly powered up. Instantly she sensed the other order fighter, the one waiting for her in the depths of the abandoned building. She had requested this meeting, sort of, and yet she was late. That wasn't the best first impression.
With a grimace she quickly slipped on the shoes she had put off to the side, shrugging into the coat since the weather seemed to swing back into winter after a glorious stretch of unseasonable warmth. Finally ready she picked up the red leash and muttered softly, “come on Sherlock. Let's go meet this ‘Venice’ person Cetus knows.” The dog huffed quietly as the pair hurried into the building, his nails clicking softly on the cement.
It didn't take long for the duo to reach the knight. It wasn't like the spot was horribly convoluted to get to since it was the main floor of whatever had been in this building to begin with. “I'm terribly sorry I'm late. It was a bit harder to get out then I expected.” She sketched a shallow curtsy once coming to a stop a short distance away from the knight.

Dark eyes found the small senshi, and her dog, as the duo approached him. Watching her curtsy he bowed in return. “It is fine - life happens.” He answered gently. “Hope you are ok, nothing bad happen on the way here.” Having already straightened himself out he kept a straight posture as he stood there watching her calmly. “Fai told me needed help with weapon. Not something in hopkido that I take. Focus is on pressure points, locks and throws...but know someone who can help you - if you want.”
He was sorry he couldn’t help her directly, he honestly, was, but if he could get her in touch with the person he knew he most certainly would. He just hoped they would be willing to help a child senshi, he didn’t know their opinion on them.
“Am very glad to meet you and hope I can help you. Even if not with weapon will help you in anyway I can. Will be an allie of course.” He would have her back in a fight, if they were ever in one together. He really hoped against that though, a child should not be involved in a fight like this...it was wrong.

Ellicott had been forewarned about this knight’s accent but still it surprised her. It took a moment for her to understand, some American accents were hard enough but his, his was a whole different story. “No,” her response was a little drawn out, her own British accent clear. “Few bother a dog like Sherlock.” She gave the pooch a soft pat as he sat by her side watching everything around them. When a dog looked like a wolf few wanted to tangle with it.
“Oh,” it was all she could say as various emotions ran through her. She felt disappointment in learning that this knight Cetus knew would be unable to help her with her sash but that was twined about with hope that atleast she was one step closer. “Yes please. Anyone who can come up with an idea for my sash would be much appreciated.” She pulled the sash out from where it had been hidden by the bulk of her long wool coat. Ellicott hadn't wanted to delay the meeting any further by taking the time to wind the long piece up. Still though, she really had been hoping for some answers rather than being foisted off onto yet another person. It was like she was on a treasure hunt but with no real end in sight.
“Thank you very much Venice,” She cut herself off as she realized that they had not actually been introduced. She knew his name because Cetus had told her but that didn’t mean that it was proper for her to use it. Nor did it actually mean that the knight standing in front of her was actually Venice. “Terribly sorry. It seems I forgot my manners. I am Ellicott, Senshi of dance and this is Sherlock.” The animal in question let out a soft woof, the sound echoing in the space, even as she formally bowed the way they had taught her in kung fu class.

“Will help if you want in martial arts also, though still new to it myself.” He would do what he could to help. He understood what Fai had meant when saying she was young, and needed to better protect herself. Even before lessons he at least had his size, weight, and age to go off of. She was still small, though she would grow bigger with age, it meant she needed to work on training now to fill in the gaps.
“Is nothing - wanted to help.” He answered while running his fingers through the fringe of black and red hair that fell to the left of his face, since the right side was still shaven short. He was thinking of growing it back out and trying for a different style...he just wasn’t sure what - there were so many options.
“Venice, page of Ganymede. Can call me Seung though when not like this.” When not powered up. She was a sweet little girl, he’d do what he could to help her. He just hoped the person in mind could help. Watching her bow he did the same to her, again. “Can text person and see if they can come help...or arrange to.” He hoped this meeting wouldn’t be for nothing and they could come...but they had a life just like everyone else involved in this mess.
Pulling his cell phone from his pocket, he had agreed to carrying it even when powered up. It was to help with keeping in touch with Terry incase anything happened to either of them. Unlocking his phone he was surprised to not see any texts, or messages, from the others mother...maybe she hadn’t found out about his escape yet? He could hope.
Either way he moved on to opening up a text and after putting in the name of the person he wanted he wrote up a quick message.
“Haven’t talked in awhile. Friend of mine sent a baby senshi to me for help...I think you might be able to help more. How to use a sash, with a heavy ball on the end of it, as a weapon. Since your weapon is similar in basic structure.”
At least his phone was able to translate the Korean to English for him. When he hit send he let her see the message he sent and to whom he had sent it.

“That will work just fine,” she said as she read the text over before Venice hit send. She appreciated the help that the knight was offering. Not only reaching out to yet another person on this adventure to figure out a use for her sash but also to offer his own personal assistance in her quest to get stronger. She didn't want to be seen as a hinderance. She didn't want to be a liability to those around her. And above all she didn't want anyone, especially Sherlock, to get hurt protecting her.
“As for the offer to teach me further moves, it would be much appreciated. I am currently taking dancing and Kung Fu classes. Although I would guess that Cetus had told you as much.” The pressure points Venice had mentioned seemed to be the best use of her size and skill since she didn't think that throws or locks would be feasible for her much smaller frame. At least not right now although she has been getting noticeably taller finally. “And my name is Abby. Abigail.” Not that she would recognize him as a civilian, not unless he dropped the magic that made him Venice. Apparently there was a glamor that prevented anyone recognizing others without seeing each side of them. It was rather convenient when it came to keeping your identity secret.
