gaia_crown Defense Base
Location - Antarctica (one of multiple Antarctica bases).
Description - Positioned on the cusp of titan territory, the Antarctic base is a fortified and sprawling hub of hunter activity. Horsemen are invading, but it is your job to fend them away from the shield.
Bonuses: Moon Hunters here get a bonus. They may defend the base and take the auto damage onto themselves (no other Hunter can). Mist Hunters roll 1d4. If even, they can copycat this bonus.
Mechanic: Roll 1d6. If 1 or 6, your guarding the base goes smoothly (rp it out = success!). If even, you spawn a horseman mob. It has a cumulative 20/20 HP (+10 for EACH ADDITIONAL CHARACTER IN THE RP) and does -5 auto damage to the base shield of 30/30 HP every time you attack it. Your goal is to defeat it without the base shield hitting 0, or you lose that base!

Antarctica was as cold as ever, the moon hunter was bundled up in a sweater and coat. Her faithful minipet Asagi was out scouting the area for her. If he found anything she'd be prepared for a fight.
Seeing a whitish thing moving in the distance, Chao summoned her weapon, ready to fight but was glad to find it was just Asagi, he blended in well with the surrounding for the most part.
Asagi chirped rapidly to let his owner know that he had found a horseman.

Thanks to Asagi's warning the Horseman was not able to sneak up on the base and Chao headed out to face them before they could reach the barrier. Swinging her Scythe once she was in range of the surprised Horseman, she landed a decent hit.
It didn't take long for the injured horseman to counter attack with his daggers. Slashing Chao's right arm, the gash wasn't deep enough to effect her ability to wield her scythe but it stung non the less.
Asagi circled overhead shrieking at the horseman, the mini wanted to dive bomb them but Chao had told him to stay out of the fight so he would not get hurt.
Chao's Health: 45/50

Chao's Damage: 9
Horseman Health: 11/20

The horseman slashed out with his daggers, he managed to graze the hunter's leg but Chao manged to sidestep most of the attack. Bringing her Scythe down on her opponent she felt the tell tale resistance of the scythe slicing though something. The hit dissipated the horseman and the barrier was safe and untouched.
"Good Job Asagi!" She called out to her mini pet after de-summoning Ather. The bird landed on her hand and once she was back in the base she treated him to some snacks.
