Emily usually was part of the island's Cute Skirt Brigade, but the flood left her standing around in black jeans, a black tank top, and a pair of aviators. It wasn't she'd felt getting dressed earlier, her usual look. But is also wasn't a bad one. Especially the aviators.
Arms crossed over her thin chest, the girl felt especially authoritative waiting on the field. Judging people.

Borr on the other hand was a member of the No Sleeves Initiative. No matter what the weather he seemed to lack sleeves, showing his giant arms and multitude of tattoos. He also seemed to wear jeans and black boots no matter what and in the tropical climate barely broke a sweat, as if his body had simply evolved over his life to stand the insulation of denim and leather.
He grinned and gave Emily a wave and in his mind his weapon's heavy alto told the man how cute Emily was and how much she simply adored small, adorable people.
"Sorry I'm late," He stopped a few feet in front of her and the scimitar on his hip appeared, it's hilt polished wood like a beer barrel, "Did you wait long?"
