When they got their assessment's, which was each Hunter had to protect a princess golem of a random temperament, Meara was quick to snag Spinar as a partner. After all he was her friend, was good looking, and best of all he was a full Hunter in comparison to her Trainee. The more experience the better after all and it would give her a chance to see how to do things right. When they got their assigned golem's however, she was surprised to see her's looked exactly like Spinar, from eye color to height and every thing in between it was his match.
Except for the dress.
Meara had to hid a few delighted giggles behind her hand at seeing the man in a long blue princess gown looking like he had been born for it. "I have to say handsome, you look beautiful in a dress." She couldn't help but tease as she looked between the Hunter and the Golem. The only problem she could see coming back and biting her in the butt, besides if the Golem ended up tripping on the dress, was the face that the temperament of the golem was... very sluggish in a sleepy way.
She wasn't sure just what all the tasks were going to be like in this assessment but a slow Golem was probably going to end up a problem at some point. "Alright, so I have a sluggish, pretty you in a dress as my Golem, what did you get Jacob?" She asked with a curious look.

Meara, the pretty little trainee had captured him, not that Jacob minded any. It amused him more than anything to be pulled along to the assessment, part of him wondered if it was only for his experience. Heh. Of course it didn't matter how experienced you were with princesses but still. He liked thinking she used her head, Meara always struck him as the smart type, which he very much approved of.
As they got to the golem pickup he noticed it, the look alike that Meara was going for. When she spoke to him, presenting the thing the man let out a howl of merry laughter. It was fantastic, "you don't say? I mean I certainly have the legs for it." He chuckled softer and gave her an eye, a rather flirty one. "Don't have too much fun with him now or I might get jealous, heh." Jacob turned back to the golem's unfortunately he couldn't find a Meara, but, if you thought about she'd make a lovely golem princess so was likely picked often.
"Hmmm." Jacob moved forward and took a golem that looked similar to lab tech he had met once. "This one looks alright, I prefer a dark headed princess anyways." He laughed and eyed the skimpy outfit, a finger moving to pull at some of the fabric curiously, "these guys...have too much free time." Another grin was flashed to the trainee and he nodded, "right lets get started, Princesses." A wink was given and he was pleased to see the golem was obedient if a little gloomy.

Meara's smile got brighter when Jacob just laughed at seeing the look alike. It just went to show one of the other reasons why she had snagged him for the assessment as a partner, he had a sense of humor and knew when to have fun with things. Then her smile turned just as flirty as his at his response. "You do indeed. And my your arms look lovely sleeveless." She then gave a laugh and play fluttered her eyelashes at him. "Don't worry, if I have too much fun with Princess Jacob I'll be sure to invite you."
While she doubted that would make him blush or flustered, she couldn't help but want to try.
Meara started to look around for the materials to build some fortifications around her Golem but ended up looking back over at Jacob when he spoke up. "Dark hair is less eye catching." She said with a hum, only partly serious. "Do you think they have a bunch of outfits tucked away and reuse them as needed, or that they make a new one each Golem?" She almost lost that train of thought though when Jacob winked and she got a slight blush on her cheeks.
She shook her head with a smile then got back to her task of building fortifications around the Spinar Princess, finally finding some heavy steel bars as well as other material. "What's the best way to make anything with this type of stuff?" The Trainee asked the other Moon Hunter as she started to build, hoping she was doing it right and willing to change things if he said something.

"Sleeveless huh?" He teased as if considering the idea. It was fun when someone played back with him and it was true that every now and again Meara got the better of him. Of course it was hard to embarrass someone so shameless. Spinar smirked and looked over his golem, then went to scavenger some supplies.
"God. I want to find out now!" Spinar laughed lowly, it was a curious idea though. How did they supply all the clothing? Maybe some weird labby's fantasy. Heh. Building was his specificity but these supplies were, well, junk. Spinar frowned at the items in hand and looked up to the trainee with a dim grin, "Unfortunately there is no real way...these is all junk." On a huff he tried his best to build up something that would protect his princess.
The old cardboard boxes were stacked up around her, the golem being very patient and hanging around as ordered. At least that was working for him, he didn't want to think about if he had gotten a different princess with how disappointing these supplies were. Spinar then put some other pieces of around the boxes. It was all he could do, and now it was time to wait, "good luck!" Spinar offered a grin and glanced over Meara's build, "you should really think about joining me in building when you advance, that looks great!" An encouraging thumbs up was given before he stood back himself waiting for the next part of the course to happen.
Come on....hold up, it was all he could think.

"Yes sleeveless, show off all of those muscles." Meara said with a teasing smile back, though her tone did ring with truth. After all Spinar was a very good looking man and it would be such a shame to not show off from time to time.
She couldn't help but laugh when he said he was curious about their clothes now and gave him a grin. "Maybe we should ask later when we return the golems?" Whether they would actually answer the question or not is sill up in the air but it probably wouldn't hurt to ask. Her grin dropped when it seemed like Spinar had less luck then she had when it came to finding materials to protect his princess but it came back when he complemented her.
"Good luck as well and thanks, maybe I will join you when I get that far." Meara smiled back and gave a return thumbs up. "Here's hoping that cardboard of yours is stronger then normal."
However there wasn't much more time to talk as suddenly they were approached by the shadowlings they were meant to protect the princess golems from. Meara got a determined look on her face as she stood at the ready and when some got close to her she attacked them with her sword. "Sorry but the princess you want is in another castle. Princess Spinar is off limits!" Thankfully her fortifications held well enough to help out when she couldn't keep them all busy, though sadly her golem did take a good amount of damage in the end. She still came out on top though and she grinned over at Spinar in happiness.

Golem HP: 27/30 Defense points: 8/10
The flattery was well welcomed and received. Spinar took pride in his looks and did well to keep them. Another wink was given to his company before he got started building. He did think she had what it took for sure to be specialized in building.
It seemed like just as soon as he got the 'fort' up the attack had started. He readied himself and started to defend against the shadowlings as they raced after his princess golem. By some luck the junky fortifications held well enough for him to get rid of the things. When it all ended his princess was a little beat up but over all fantastic condition for being surrounded by cardboard.
"We did it!" He announced happily then went after her, scooping up Meara on a grin and spinning her. "I thought that was going to be a heck of a mess on my end." Grinning he sat her down again and waggled brows at the golem that looked like him. "I see you let me get beat up no purpose to try and see the goods hm? " It was a flirty tease yes but that was who he was.
