Commission is generous and the rewards are many.
[ MECHANICS ] Roll 1d6 twice, each roll is half the day. - For whatever reason it seems someone who is enamoured with a competitor's brand has come in just to argue with you about their merits and not buy anything at all. - The sale is very easy indeed, after all your customer is dressed in branded clothing and came here with plenty of money, you even sell them some accessories at three times the markup. - This sale is all right, the person doesn't want much and no amount of convincing them seems to get anywhere, they buy a case for their existing product and leave - Tyr stops by while you are making a very tough sell and the customer is so distracted by meeting the CEO that they relent and spend more than they intended to, even taking out some insurance on their product. - Customer wastes your time by seeming very interested for most of the morning, asking about every single product on sale, going through tests and examples and ultimately saying they will "come back tommorow" as they leave. - An older customer is getting rid of their hugely outdated phone and is only too happy to take you up on the latest hPhone along with lessons for it

Tessa was very busy lately, as she figured the best use for her time was helping out others. Some in need, some not... but most of the time, she was paid for it.
Her first customer for the day was an older customer wanting to get rid of their very old, very outdated phone. Tessa was more than happy to help, positively beaming as she introduced the new hPhone that they had just restocked, showing all the features, flashes, and whistles that were included in said phone.
They looked rather impressed by the whole thing, all too eager to take Tessa up on the offer of the upgrade, and she even managed to sell lessons to use it as well.
The older Horseman was actually so excited that they took a picture of Tessa, then tried to take one of themselves -- until Tessa showed them that they could flip the camera around, and take what was known as a 'selfie'.
It was a strange name to the older Horseman, but they took to it easily, and walked outside, taking selfies while they walked.
Tessa had to take a break, putting her head in her arms and laughing. It was just too adorable.
After her short break, Tessa got another one of those customers, and had to listen for a few minutes about the competitor again, not really caring about what they had.
But she did listen for ideas on how to improve their own tech.
Smiling darkly, she thanked the customer, then closed her desk and walked away.
