5)You give them a book to read, food for thought is important after all. They attack you.

When he arrived at the Human Corporation he hadn't exactly expected what he got. Nor did he expect to be placed in the cafeteria, but it was better than the rest of the options. Cain looked around the pristine cafeteria, it was- well it was very white. Lots of white, all around, it made him a little unease to say the least.

Guest started coming in and Cain jumped to attention, only to realize he didn't exactly remember how to get food for them. Had he even been told? Cain blinked and looked around, going over to a sitting man. Maybe he could start by seeing what the man wanted, then he could find someone to help? "Hello Sir,...may I help you?" When the man answered Cain couldn't believe himself, he had asked for imaginary food. Why?

But then a flash back of his last job happened and he was a bit more determined to get things right. "...Alright then allow me to get your food." Cain shifted awkwardly, then pretended to pick up a heavy plate of food. Sitting it down on the tray in front of the man he spoke again, "..here you have a nice hot plate with meat, potatoes and carrots." The man clapped happily and pretended to pick up a fork to eat. When he was done gobbling down nothing he turned up with a grin and asked about dessert, Cain felt a little unnerved about the grin but pretended to place a bowl of pudding on the tray. "Pudding with fresh fruit is for dessert, enjoy?" The man took a moment then pretend to swap out for a spoon and started to eat nothing with sounds of praise.

Cain slowly walked away from the table to check on another guest.

(second prompt response.)

On his way to the next guest Cain tried to shake the grin of the previous. He didn't understand nor did he want to why someone would pretend to eat. "Hello, can I get you anything?" He asked as he approached the next guest, the man replied with a simple yes. Leaving Cain at another loss, but instead of giving up he turned and wandered off with an excuse me.

There had to be something he could give him.

When he didn't manage to get any food Cain went another route and picked up a book someone had left. Maybe if he distracted the man long enough someone else would help him. Coming back the book was placed on the tray, a misstep on the deaths part. Since the man got so outraged he attacked, Cain had to wrestle him to the ground and as if that wasn't enough he was scratched! Upset and tired he was thankful when they released him of work for the day due to the 'incident.'

Needless to say...Cain would never come back to work here.
